Customer service was amazing, I was stressing about what size to order and they were so helpful went above and beyond, even sent an extra size!! Delivered early so had plenty of time to style before the event, just all around amazing service will deffo use again!

Ordered an outfit to be delivered by Friday 28th, it didn’t arrive until the afternoon of the 29th (the day of the event) so was a waste of time as has been sent straight back. As a company I’d reconsider using Royal Mail for delivery, and use a more reliable courier. First time using this company and it will be the last. A waste of money.

The dresses are beautiful, loads of choice and availability. Easy to use service and great for the planet too.

My second hire for an event outfit! Was so happy with the dress - I am able to be more daring with choices and I am thrilled with the compliments I have received and also the requests to know where the dresses are from!! Customer service is always fab, communication is great!

Hirestreet are easy to use. Parcel arrived in time for me to wear one of the outfits I chose and I got rental credit for the one I didn’t wear. Easy to return too!

I ordered my dresses for a wedding but due to not being able to attend I needed to exchange them for another event on another date and obviously different style dresses. Lucy did this for me with no bother. She replied back to me quickly. So happy with this service. Thank you so much 😊

I have hired a lot of outfits from Hire street and they've always been wonderful. I just wanted to point out to others so you don't make the same mistake that I did. If you use the offer codes i.e 2 dresses for £35 you do not get rental credit when you return them, which I only just realised when I wondered why the 3 dresses I returned due to the events being cancelled, were not refunded and checked the help section. It has put me off ordering again now so be aware if there is a chance your event might get cancelled don't use the offers.

Great quality products, with a variety of colours and sizes. Products always arrive on time if not before the arrival date. Really simple to send back, they provide packaging and a sticker and all you do is hand over to local post office on day it's due back. I love that the clothes are re worn and shared amongst people. A great way of being environmentally friendly whilst also trying new outfits. All packaging is recycled too. The staff have been very responsive. I've used hire street on 4 occasions over the past year and had a really positive experience each time!

This is my fourth time ordering from Hire Street now and I couldnt recommend it anymore. The choice of brands is fabulous, great rental prices, quick delivery and the best customer service.

I also love how you can now buy your outfit!

I've been using Hirestreet for all events and weddings in the last couple of years. The outfit choices and prices are way better than any other shopping experience and their customer support is top notch.

I love Hirestreet! They have loads of lovely clothes to choose from and stock some designers I've never heard of, which means I see things I never would have otherwise. I wear clothes I couldn't afford to buy to events and I'm not left with dresses I've only worn once hanging in my wardrobe gathering dust. And it's good for the environment! The process of hiring and returning is always smooth and easy. I can't fault it!

Wanted to make changes to my order where a member called Lucy was very helpful over email, and gave quick, professional and helpful advice and amended my order.

Always had a good experience with Hirestreet. The clothes normally arrive a few days early and the fit is stunning so a great chance to wear clothes you couldn’t normally afford/ are very out there. Customer support is also very quick to deal with queries and super helpful.

Arrived two days before the rental period and fit perfectly! Only thing that was confusing was that the labels were still attached the dresses? Wasn’t sure whether to remove them or not there was no information on this so would of been good to have some clarification! Otherwise amazing experience and already recommending to others!
