We've owned several pairs of HISEA boots over the years, including men's and women's rain boots and men's steel-toe boots, and they always exceed our expectations.

These women's rain boots (Traveler Lite Women's Foldable Rain Boots) are no exception, and my wife likes them very much.

They're lightweight, really comfortable and flexible enough to wear for hours.  

We do a lot of work outdoors, so having reliable footwear is very important to us. These boots are great for rainy and muddy conditions, and we especially like how easy they are to put on and slip off when moving between indoor and outdoor work. 

The adjustable tie at the top is another great feature because it helps keep rain, mud and debris from getting inside.  

One of our favorite things about these boots is that they're foldable, which makes them incredibly convenient to store and travel with. They take up very little space, so they're easy to pack in a bag, keep in the vehicle or take along when we know we'll be outdoors. That makes them much more versatile than bulky traditional rain boots.  

The quality is exactly what we've come to expect from HISEA. Our experience with their customer service has been outstanding! They're friendly, responsive and reliable, a company we can depend on.  

My wife is very happy with these boots, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and anyone looking for comfortable, lightweight, well-made women's rain boots.

I have enjoyed working with this company through the years. I started off with the leg high boots and it came in handy when we had flooding in our basement due to Hurricane Helene. I am now enjoying the newer boots, well crock style. They are all easy to put on and do not hurt your feet when doing homesteading chores. I would highly recommend them.

I'm very happy with the quality of the boots especially with the reasonable price. Daily farm chores are rough on boots; the boots are tough and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have been wearing Hisea boots for years! You get a warranty, great price and a boot that holds up. Our whole family wears them. Farm life can be though in boots, but Hisea holds strong and protects our feet through it all!

This company truly cares about their customer. I received daily customer support from them through email. Truly awesome! Even though we had a little problem they solved it really fast. God bless y’all.

They accidentally sent me the wrong order (same boot & size but in a different color). I reached out and they responded quickly (sounded like a real human responding too) and offered to send me a replacement pair for free or a return and a 30% refund on the original purchase. I opted not to go through the hassle of the return, so now I have two pairs of boots for the price of one. I hope the boots are just as great as the customer service!

I purchased a pair of boots three years ago and noticed a small amount of cracking on the upper surface so I contacted Customer Service which immediately responded. I was asked for my order number and a few photos of the affected area and 24 hours later I was told my replacement boots were being shipped at no charge to me! I love these boots and am VERY IMPRESSED with the service I received. My wife needs a new pair of boots and I am happy to say she will purchase them from Hisea because of how I was treated… this was a wonderful experience and a big THANK YOU for standing beside your product!

I had ordered the Men's Non-slip Chelsea Rain Boots. My husband normally wears a size 11.5, but I accidentally ordered a size 12 in the waterproof boots, and they ended up being too big. Their customer service was incredible they responded quickly to help me rectify my problem.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated!! The boots themselves are great and worked out perfectly. Highly Recommend!

Customer service is top notch. No annoying AI tools or bots that offer zero help. My boots had a small crack in them so I emailed about the warranty. Someone replied very quickly with how to proceed getting a new pair, and they arrived very fast. Great to see a company still valuing human interaction and standing behind their word/product.

I purchased Hisea brand boots because of the price and the lifetime warranty. The boots are used on a farm. The first pair lasted about 6 months. The sole fell off, they warrantied that pair now. The second pair made it about 6 months and are cracking where the foot bends all the time now. They said it's just normal wear and tear. Buy a good pair of boots. A quality pair not foreign made. These are absolute trash and no help from the company

I purchased a pair of Apollo2 Camo boots 10/2021 I use them for plowing snow, working in mud and rain sometimes floods…In December 2025 I noticed the sole was starting to separate, nothing severe just starting to separate where the boots upper meets the soles… they never got wet inside , Contacted the company by email..they sent me a brand new pair within a week ! No questions asked..just sent a couple of photos…!!

I have a pair of waders that I purchased from HISEA. They were too big. Put back in box but went on travel before I could do the return. HISEA could/should waive their official 30-day return policy in such instances, particularly when customer only wants to do an exchange.

Horrific customer service. I only asked for an exchange of a boot size. I paid $32 to send the $62 boots back, but I never got the exchange or my shipping. Absolute garbage. Please do not give them your business.

They do not honor their warranty. I had my boots basically fall apart and they replaced it no problem but 8 months later when it happened again, they said it's now considered wear and tear. There's a legit tear in the side just from the flexing while walking in them. Only wore them in my backyard and never in the woods.

Their customer service was absolutely terrible. I bought a pair of boots from them, but after making the purchase, I realized the size I ordered might be too small. When I tried to contact them for an exchange, I discovered they don’t offer live customer support, only an email address. I reached out via email but received no response. Days passed after receiving the package, and still no reply, leaving me with a pair of boots I can’t even use. Over the span of three weeks, I sent them no less than ten emails, and not once did I get a response. This experience was beyond frustrating.

I was disappointed with these HiSea boots after putting them to the test in Alaska’s cold and wet weather. I bought them expecting reliable performance in tough conditions, but here’s what I experienced:

Poor Waterproofing: The waterproofing didn’t hold up after just a few uses. After walking through streams or during heavy rain, water started seeping into the boots, leaving my feet cold and wet—completely unsuitable for Alaska’s demanding environment.

Lack of Warmth: Although advertised as suitable for cold climates, these boots couldn’t keep my feet warm in temperatures below 0°F (-18°C). Even with thick socks, I could still feel the chill, which made outdoor activities uncomfortable.

Questionable Durability: After only a few weeks of wear, the soles showed significant signs of wear, and some seams began to come apart. For a product marketed as durable outdoor boots, this performance was disappointing.

Overall, these boots might work for milder weather or casual city use, but they’re far from ideal for Alaska’s extreme conditions. I wouldn’t recommend them to other outdoor workers or enthusiasts.

As a hunting enthusiast living in Florida, I rely heavily on quality gear, especially boots, given the challenging wetland environments here. I purchased a pair of Hisea boots, and at first, they seemed pretty good. The waterproofing worked as advertised, and they were comfortable to wear.

However, after a few uses, I noticed that the comfort level dropped during long hunting trips. In Florida's humid weather, the boots lacked proper breathability, and my feet started to feel uncomfortably sweaty. After about 4 hours of continuous wear, they began to feel less supportive and even caused some rubbing.

Another issue was the traction. While they were fine on dry surfaces, the grip on slippery, muddy terrain was not as reliable as I expected. I nearly slipped while wading through water, which was disappointing since I bought them specifically for their advertised anti-slip features.

Overall, these boots might work well for shorter outings or less demanding conditions. But if you’re like me and need gear that can handle long, challenging treks, you might want to explore other options.

I had high hopes for these boots, but they didn’t meet my expectations. They didn’t keep my feet fully dry, and after a full day of wear, they felt uncomfortable. Honestly, I regret choosing them and would likely explore other options next time.

I want to praise HISEA for honoring their lifetime warranty. After 2 years, my rain boots wore down on the heels and the underlayer was exposed which could have in time caused leakage. I contacted Hisea and they sent me another pair free of charge and no extra shipping or handling charges. I am so grateful to this company for the integrity to replace these boot that I actually bought on Amazon.
