Very slow in shipping & bad customer service
Very slow in shipping. Didn't send items until I reminded them a week later. No doubt they will have an excuse like someone was on holiday etc. Poor service.

As this shop has decided to make excuses I am even more upset with them. They did not send the order out until I got in touch with them. That in itself is bad enough. Shody service in fact and I doubt they would have sent the item out if I hadn't reminded them of the sale.
