As a professional wedding photographer this was an utter waste of money.
Thanks for your reply so now you want to assist and help. It's a bit late

Absolute scam. 80% of inquiries are bots. Invest your money elsewhere.

Always helpful and quick to reply happy to give advice when needed I find Hitched works really well for us and we have met the most amazing couples along the way x

As a wedding supplier, my experience with Hitched has been extremely disappointing and stressful. The platform promises high-quality leads, but the reality has been poor enquiries, time-wasters, and false phone numbers, (they will deny this but so many of us can't be wrong). There is no return on "investment" and I wish I'd read and believed the other suppliers reviews before signing up.
Transparency around performance is questionable at best.
What has been most concerning is that after formally requesting to cancel my membership and take my profile down immediately due to poor results, I am now being pursued for further payments and have been passed to a debt collection agency. This has added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise suppliers to absolutely not use this platform, you may aswell well throw money into the wind.

The single most stressful thing about planning our wedding has been trying to get this (paid for) website to work. The back end and front end don’t work together and it’s not an intuitive system - I’ve had to google a lot to try and find out how to do things. And mostly we’ve had to use work arounds which only go so far. My fiancé builds websites and writes code and is mystified by the website too. I’d advise anyone not to use it. Even paper rsvps would be easier.

Waste of time and money!
You get sold a dream however it’s complete lies, the platform doesn't work properly, the leads are absolutely terrible. You get a lot of leads however none of them actually convert into sales. The budgets that they have for your services are just not workable and the customer service is really not great. If I’m honest I feel like a scam victim more than anything. I stupidly ignored the reviews and I really wish I didn’t now.

I got in touch with Hitched Support for a query about my account and was answered by (Sophie) who was extremely supportive and attended to my concerns immediately, well done and thank you for being patient with me Regards

Shady tactics, fake enquiries followed by calls to upgrade or enquiries are cancelled.

I simply asked if they could advise me on upgrading the info on my shopfront and they really could not have been any better!
It was areal pleasure dealing with them!

My fiancee and I have been looking into online wedding registry's and it seemed Hitched was rated highly. Although the 4.97% card transaction fee seemed steep, we agreed that sharing the cost between us and our guests would be acceptable. We then spent an hour putting together our registry and then when it was time to launch our registry we were asked for $297 for a one time start up fee. Make up your mind, either have the upfront fee and a more acceptable transaction fee or don't have the start up fee. In the end it was much more cost effective to just set up a direct deposit for our own account.
I signed up to Hitched as a supplier. The salesperson who sold the service to me (James) advised that I would receive around 180 leads, based on other suppliers in my category. By the end of the 12-month contract, I had received only 36 leads. Most were very poor quality, and the majority never responded to messages.
I raised my concerns several times with account managers and was under the impression these concerns had been noted on my account. This does not appear to be the case, as “management” do not seem to have any record of this information.
After my contract ended, there was an outstanding balance of £50. I am disputing this charge, as I believe the product was mis-sold and that I received poor customer service from both the sales team and account managers.
Despite my contract ending and my concerns supposedly being noted, the sales team continued to contact me to sell the premium package. This further reinforces my belief that my concerns were not properly recorded, as every conversation I have with Hitched treats this as new information.
Management reviewed the matter and found in their own favour. While this was not unexpected, it was very disappointing given my overall experience over the past 12 months. I would strongly advise suppliers to avoid using Hitched, as they overpromise and under-deliver. It is an expensive service for the volume and quality of leads received.
I would like to note that the customer service phone team has been helpful, particularly Sophie. She has communicated clearly and professionally throughout, and I cannot fault her handling of this issue.
Based on other reviews here, I wish I had read them before signing up, as this appears to be an ongoing issue for suppliers.
Update:
Emily from Hitched called me and we had an unproductive call. Whilst she listened to me on my side, which was appreciated. She was not able to actually provide any solution at all and so the call was unfortunately a waste of both of our times. I would recommend that Hitched don't get their New Business Manager to call ex-customers regarding issues if they are unable to assist as it is an unpleasant experience for both parties. This also further adds to the customer's feeling of not being listened to

Useless concept as far as a supplier is concerned. in the last year I have had ZERO response, clearly it is down to Hitched to them you get seen, after updated your home page.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME suppliers.
Edit:
I have been on Hitched for a number of years as a supplier, and used to receive an average amount of contacts, in the last two years I think I have received zero, whether new policy changes or management certainly isnt working for me, my profile is up to date and active so why is that.??

Very quick in replying to the issues and very supportive.

I signed up with Hitched as a professional wedding photographer and invested thousands of pounds in a Premium and Silver listing across five locations. From the very beginning, I was clear that my main service area is West London.
I raised the issue of my profile location within the first week of signing, as it was incorrectly set to Buckinghamshire, which I do not serve. Unfortunately, despite flagging this early on and following it up multiple times, my location has still not been corrected to this day.
This ongoing error has had a real impact on my business. Being listed in the wrong area meant missed opportunities, irrelevant enquiries, and poor visibility where I actually work. For a platform that positions itself as a premium service for wedding professionals, this level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through has been extremely frustrating.
With my 12-month contract ending in January, it’s disappointing that such a basic issue remains unresolved after a full year. Given the cost and the lack of effective support, my experience has fallen well short of expectations and I would be very cautious about recommending Hitched to other suppliers.

Budget page. It was all great!!

Absolutely disgusting service I’d never use them again they are a huge con, they make you sign up for a contract because they know you won’t get any jobs via their platform. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

You see so many people being scammed with their weddings (in online groups). It’s so nice to have a trusted site, where all trusted vendors can be found. We used Hitched for our photographer, videographer and dessert caterer - and wasn’t disappointed at all. They had all 5 star reviews, and we could very much see why (once we had booked). We would recommend the use of Hitch for trusted people for your wedding. You spend so much, you deserve it to be perfect!
