Hive Property have been absolutely brilliant for us, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
They've recently let three of our properties — a character cottage in Catchgate, Durham; a family home in Killingworth, North Tyneside; and a property in Holywell, Whitley Bay — and in every single case they found us genuinely perfect tenants. Keen gardeners who'll love and look after the cottage's huge garden, a young family wanting to settle near the school their children will attend for the next few years, and a professional couple who needed to be close to their place of work. Three very different properties, three very different briefs, and Hive nailed all of them.
What also stood out was how well the properties were marketed. The photography and advertising genuinely did our homes justice — they're not cookie-cutter rentals and Hive really took the time to show off what makes each one special. On top of that we achieved excellent rental values across all three.
The whole team is great, but a special shout out to Anna, Roz and Lara. Lara in particular went well above and beyond to get one of our properties let quickly — the extra effort she put in was noticed and very much appreciated.
