Hive is simple to use, although some functions could be a bit more intuitive. Set-up was scary, as I lost functionality of my whole Hive heating system for about an hour before I managed to fix it with help from the chat-bot. It would have been more comforting to have a human to talk to.

Not had it long enough to form an opinion. Winter will be a better test. Clumsy and unsightly coils of wire attached.
It works ok the engineer fitted it and I haven’t seen it since not a lot you can say

Nothing has been fitted and no date to come back out has been offered the items are still sitting in my office. No number to contact anyone.
