Having a special container that our toddler can decorate really made the experience exciting for her. She loves the flavors, they are easy to eat, and she begs to have more than one. Our biggest struggle is having her learn just one a day! Hiya customer service was also really friendly and responsive.

My son only likes the green apple flavor and I didnt see an option for that on the website so I emailed customer service and within 4 hours they had emailed me back. They had already sent my request to the fulfillment team and they are making aure my son gets what he needs by accommodating his very picky belly!!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I already had a subscription for my oldest but needed to get some for my youngest. I placed my order, but received an email from Hiya customer service clarifying the order. I explained, and we got on the same page. They also gave me a 15% discount without me even asking. They took care of me and edited my account without me having to do a thing.
