I just wanted to say that some pieces of the chair were different than those in the picture, and arrived a little bit damaged. Now, i know shipment damages are not your fault at all, but if the quality of the components is not the same as those shown in the site pictures it feels like being scammed.
The Office chair is sturdy and made using high quality materials. The inner lining of the seating and the back seat are thicker than what I bought so far before going through Hjh brand, so chair it's very comfy overall, highly recommended.

I had an issue with the shipping and received the chair later than expected. But it was shipping company’s foult. Even if they had nothing to do with this problem, they still gave me a 10% refound. Now that’s what I call a serious company! True professionals
I have ordered an office chair with white color an I have received a grey one. This is not fair.

I ordered a commander seat, and it appeared that the one sent me wasn’t completely new, as i found scratches all over the legs holding the wheels. In addition, one armrest had a piece of leather about cm torn off. With the money spent on such a product, I expected more professionalism.

Product arrived quickly, was well packaged and so far this chair has been wonderful. Is it worth 600 euros? Honestly, I'm not sure yet, but build quality is good and service is legit. If you're in the market for an ergonomic chair this has the quality of Herman miller for half the price.
