I liked the ease of creating my resume and the recommendations. However, if I can't download it as a readable file, nor open it to print a hard copy, it's a waste of my time.

The agent patiently waited while I had technical difficulties from my end, it lasted more than 20 minutes. They provided a reasonable discount to my subscription after understanding my issue - I wanted to make a minor tweak and I believe most companies would not have allowed that. Not to mention that my resume looks very professional. Highly recommend!
