Superb response in terms of timing and clear instruction as to what next steps were
My experience was great the customer service team were very much on point. There was no hard sell and they have lots of knowledge of how your package works and what may be best for you.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. All the details and options were fully explained so I could make a properly informed decision on which policy was right for me. It could not have been easier. The premiums were also the best I could find from any medical cover supplier.
Staff were very professional and I was happy to proceed with the premiums quoted
Easy to navigate and good customer service
Very helpful fast answer to query all good so far
Simple, prompt claims procedure for NHS dental treatment.
Excellent supply of information - very easy to join up.
The customer service was very good and they advised me what was the best policy for me and the price wasn't to expensive it is the cheapest I've been offered because other companies have very expensive abd not value for money, ans I do recommend the H.M.C,A foe any thinking about insurance to cover medical bills/insurance fantastic company when it's comes to policies
Ive been with HMCA for about 3 years, my policy was cancelled because my subscription was late, I had a referral for treatment which was cancelled as a result. HMCA underwriters wanted a years premiums up front to carry on with the policy. Very unprofessional how this was handled more interested in their hackers than their customers.I would not recommend this comoany as a result, they are also expensive compared to other providors

Customer Services were very good with advice and policy details were received quickly.
My experience was a good explanation and provided me with my needs.
Very flexible and good result!
Excellent team who are professional, friendly and helpful. Luckily I have not had the need to submit a claim but I am told by other members of HMCA that they are/were treated very fairly.
Clearly understand the issues of customers when they make initial contact.
I have been insured with HMCA for many yearsand paid well over £30.000. My last premium was over £3,000.
I presumed stupidly that I would get assistance if anything major happened.
I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and they have paod out less than my premium and will not pay for the radiology that I need.
You never know how good your insurance is until you make a claim and in my case I have been very disappointed.

The process of moving from BUPA to HMCA was made very smooth by the HMCA team. My monthly payments are about £225 lower.
I have made a claim once. For the most part this was very straightforward, although (unlike with BUPA) I had to get my GP to fill out a form first. This took several weeks and cost nearly £100.
My claim was met only in part as it exceeded my allowance under Specialist Services of £2825. I had to fund about £2450, which was almost the total of the annual saving on my BUPA subscription. BUPA would have met the claim in full. People should think about this before making the move away from more expensive full cover.
They were extremely helpful and explained everything fully.
No chatbots. No hanging on being told how important you are. No "experiencing high call volumes at the moment..." Whatever you need to do with this business, you are immediately talking to somebody who listens, and responds. These days, when we cannot rely on the NHS for much of our care it is comforting be know that we are at least being treated as human beings. This is a business, of course, but one that looks after its customers.
