By far the worst experience with a webshop I ever had.

Dust mask delux never sent and never paid back.
I usually get the Pattex glue from Action shops but due to corona situation, all shops are closed in BE.
He sent me a mix of different types of Pattex glue. (Transparent, white, and 6 non-polymer super miontage) like he was cleaning his drawer and sent what he’ve found) I needed and ordered only the white and polymer to place some big PVC tiles. First invoice was also incorrect.
Anyhow this is not the worst up so far. The issue is that he sent me glue completely dry inside the tubes. Impossible to use the 15 tubes. I tried three different and all the same. I’ve cut one in half and saw that everything was dry. I’ve contacted Pattex client service whom informed me that the Glue is dry, and date is expired and should be returned.
I informed him immediately: no excuses, nothing. Just “send them back”. I’ve sent them back and guess what, this guy doesn’t recognize his own products he’s sent. He said that out of the 15, he sent me only 14 (and the non-polymer were not send by him!) Unbelievable! I have never seen a man like this one. He sends me expired glue, I have to pay back shipping costs to him and he try still to scam saying that out the 15 tubes he received, he has sent only 9!
Beware : all these glues are completely dry ; and you are not getting money back.

Not sure I’m getting any of my money back as he stopped replying. This guy is dishonest and has purely robbed me. What goes around comes around Hmk.
