Order for older film The Perfect Storm
Requested an early film and this was found by Ethan and ordered on my behalf. I was advised that a duration of 3 to 5 days for delivery and I would receive an email regarding its arrival for collection. Sure enough ordered Dec 4 advised ready for collection on Dec 6th. Ethan was very very helpful throughout, very fast service

Swift and pleasant

Very helpful staff …
Went to store in Basildon and a very helpful member of staff gave me all the info I need to make a decision on a turntable and speakers to buy I ordered on line to save carrying the items which were a Lenco turntable ( half price) and speakers to match( (£20 off ) delivered very fast great looking set up easy and sound great! Now need to expand my vinyl collection

Sounded like 2 employees were having a heated disagreement while sorted out the shelves.

Helpful staff
Didn’t have the DVDs I wanted so they ordered them for me and took a few days to come all the others I needed the staff helped me get them they new just where to find them which was great because I didn’t have a clue.

Staff were very helpful
2 members of staff were very helpful, the first in locating CD's I wanted to look at, deal with my purchase and look at their stocks for a particular CD I was interested in. As they did not stock it, the second member of staff checked if it could be ordered - it could and took my details & payment. I was pleasantly surprised to receive confirmation my order was ready for collection just a matter of days after ordering.
Upon collection, I saw the person who took my order originally - they were as helpful and pleasant as they were previously.

The items I enquired about were not in stock but the lady said she could order them for me. She said I would get an email when they arrived in store and upon receiving said email I collected the items I had purchased. The service I received was excellent and the lady very helpful.
