A very nice store
A very nice store. A good selection of records and the staff were very helpful. They did not have the exact one I wanted as it is a limited edition, but there was still enough choice to find an alternative. I will be back

Excellent service.
The person who served me was excellent, knowledgeable and efficient. He made it a great pleasure to be in the store at Bluewater. I had forgotten how enjoyable shopping in store for anything connected to music or sounds can be.

Ordered product online for in store collection. Good communication and item was ready to collect within the stated time. Was ready at the store when I went to collect it.

Bit frustrated as the 5 CDs ordered were all in stock, but we're delivered to the Bluewater store in three shipments.
The service at the store was excellent as normal.

Went into Bluewater Branch today and…
Went into Bluewater Branch today and was looking around with my headphones on but they were turned off and I was by the till area when two female members of staff mocked my hair by saying it’s cruella and saying about my colour of my hair then when I head them laughing and calling other members and carried on talking about my hair and being red I took my headphones off so they were aware that I could hear everything then they went on to say about Jessica rabbit because about my red hair. Like i felt like I was being judged because I hear the whole conversation as it was at the tills and I looking at what products they had behind but I left because of what they said about my looks. Makes me not want to come back.
