Ordering CO'S at HMV
After not finding a CD in store, the lady in the shop offered to order it online if it was in stock. Ordered and paid for on 19th November and picked up at store Thursday 22nd November. It was actually there on the Wednesday. Great service and many thanks to the lady in the store, who actually was in store and gave me my order. Superb customer service.

Helpful staff
The staff were really helpful.
If I couldn't find what I was looking for they helped to assist. The staff are always friendly. The store is always clean. If didn't have a product they would tell me if it was due to come into the store or can order it in.

Pre-order collection
I used HMV when I wanted to pre-order a vinyl LP, they were great, and the album came in on time and I was emailed to let me know that I could collect it. The staff at the HMV branch were really helpful and I am so pleased with the service I received.

The staff in here are always very friendly and happy to help. My son couldn’t find a dvd he wanted so they loked online and ordered it in to be collected.
Claire especially is lovely and always remembers my son when he comes in for the next episodes.
