My order was a simple click and collect.The store itself is one in which is frequently visited by myself,so know the store well enough to know my way round.The shop assistant looked at the email confirming my order had arrived and promptly passed it over to me.We exchanged the all familiar phrase of ,'Thank you" to each other and we both got on with our day

I was able to divert my parcel to a delivery office
I was able to get my parcel diverted to a Royal Mail delivery office where I could pick up my parcel.
Unfortunately the times that the parcel collection office had now changed so I had to wait an extra day to pick it up.

Came to see McFly at the store
Came to see McFly at the store, signing new album. One of my party uses a wheelchair and we were taken to a lift by a member of staff, so we didn’t need to queue, that was great especially as the weather was very warm and the queue was very long.
The security guys were keen to keep us moving, we knew time would be limited but they could have been less authoritative and more relaxed giving people time to take a picture.
