In-store purchase
Went in store to enquire about a product I had initially seen online but wanted the tangible feel of the product before making the decision to purchase.
Looked at the spot where I thought it would be located and couldn't find it so I asked the staff as I thought it would be a "long shot" if the product was on the shelf.
Informed by the staff that it was a specialist label release (which I hadn't been aware of).
Staff member found it IMMEDIATELY for me and purchase took less than 60 seconds.
Superb service from a fantastic team and a brilliant store
