Prompt replacement in-store
Ordered online and package was delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Arrived many days late and badly damaged, but HMV Newcastle replaced the items in-store for us no problem. Great service from the Newcastle team.

Delivery was delayed - items not in great condition
Delivery was delayed, then when items arrived they were scrunched up into a ball and thrown in a box. Ordered two t-shirts and they were completely crumpled.
