5* Service with a smile
Visited my local branch for a stock up on some physical media.
The store was very clean & tidy & accessible to all area’s. No problem finding what I wanted the area ( 4K ) clearly marked & split into two sections 2x £30 & general A-Z
Very happy with my purchase & the deals that I got.
There was no waiting to be served I was straight to the till & served & greeted with a smile from Andrew.
Easy transaction & great communication from Andrew & the team.
Fully recommend 5* unfortunately my receipt didn’t come through on email so I’m leaving my review / hear my voice etc …
on Trustpilot.

Meadowhall sheffield staff was fantastic helpful and patient with my autistic daughter making an order for delivery easy quick and simple.... told item would take 3-5 days to come it was with us in 3 days exact.... I can't fault your service at all and the staff that work at meadowhall ..... my daughters only negative was that more 90s grunge posters would be a big bonus

10/10 and 5 star treatment
Hmv is the go get place for my Blu Ray film and CD music. With an old age friendly website and easy to use payment methods, add onto that the exceptionally quick postage and well packaged items, everytime i'm on a win win purchase everytime. 10/10 and 5 star treatment HMV is always the place to do entertainment shopping.
