Sunderland HMV has fab staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A great store that is well stocked but if your item isn't in stock a member of staff will get it ordered for you.

Appalling. Ordered Sam Fender Deluxe People Watching CD. Told it had been delivered. Still hasn't. They take money ery promptly, however...not good enough.

Item was not in stock had to have it delivered to store. Order arrived in store VERY last minute before christmas with very little communication. Ive since been bombarded with emails asking to leave a review.
