Helpful staff
I couldn't find the record that I needed, I asked the assistant and he looked and it wasnt there, so he ordered online for me. Very helpful nothing was a problem.

Staff member in Sunderland shop very helpful as I had scant info of singer and title of CD .But he came up trumps and sorted it re payment and delivery excellent. Will definitely use the HMV shop again.
