Album return
On returning an album that was significantly damaged, I had to prove that I had a transaction number, had no issues with this, however, when couldn’t find this on the card, I had to show my personal accounts to the staff member, who was helpful and trying his best to be fair. The manager did come across rude and made me feel that I was lying and at one point even though the evidence was on my account. Did get sorted in the end though, just was made to feel like I was cheating the system.

Ordered 4 x vinyl records online and 2 were received damaged. I went into HMV Swansea to get sorted and they were swapped out with no issues. The chap I dealt with (Mark) was very helpful and sorted the issues no problem
