Beth in Taunton Store was excellent.
Beth in Taunton Store was excellent.. she went out of her way to rig up some speakers so we could hear the sound through them. She was very knowledgeable about what we wanted to buy. She is a credit to the Taunton Store .. if you had employee of the month She should receive it.

Great service
Member of staff was great, searched in an attempt to find the product, ordered through system when it was identified as being oos, advised on timings on when it would be delivered to store. Excellent service.

There was a bit of a delay receiving the order placed online due to it being split into two.
I arranged for the items to be delivered to the Taunton store where the staff were helpful and friendly.

Great staff! Hmv delivers is a great idea for using vouchers on things like games which the stores no longer stock!

Cumbersome refund policy involves having to have a Gift card, instead of a full refund for a Click and collect product no longer required.

Great staff
Great staff, great store, great variety of vinyl and all.round spot on experience. My 10 year old daughter loves going through the vinyl.

I was looking for a Clean Bandit CD
I was looking for a CD by Clean Bandit but didn't know the title of it having heard a track on the radio but, again, having not heard what it was called. The guy who served me was obliging, helpful and, to be honest, went that extra mile to ensure he ordered the right CD. He even checked its availability at another local store first. In addition, he was a really cheery soul and made me laugh. Nothing was too much trouble, he really knew the true meaning of customer service! You're lucky to have such a great guy working for you and I recommend him and your store unreservedly to everyone. Thank you HMV, and especially a big thank you to Dave!!
