The fact I was able to get this as a late Christmas present, however your store I collected from had stock, so Why did it have to be sent & not reserved direct with them?

HMV WOKING
This review concerns the HMV store in Woking, Surrey. I think that the store is very good and the staff are knowledgeable friendly and professional. So far, (6/12/25) have been assisted by Lily, Ewan and Summer who all contributed to a very positive shopping experience. Am sure their colleagues would be equally welcoming.
Chose not to comment on HMV's website as there's no means to reject cookies.

As with previous purchases from HMV everything went as planned. I opted to pickup my package from the shop to avoid delivery costs and there were no problems along the way. Happy to recommend.

Great experience and great staff!
The staff (Kayleigh and Dean I think) were extremely helpful and enabled me to order the Lost Albums by Springsteen and helped me select headphones for my Mum.

We couldn't find the vinyl we were…
We couldn't find the vinyl we were looking for in store, Kayleigh at the counter was lovely and very helpful and found it online, ordered it for us and we got it delivered to our house. Had email confirmation of order and we were kept updated on when it was going to get delivered.

Great Customer Service
Tha staff are friendly and helpful, I was talking to Kayleigh and she checked for the Blu ray I was looking for and advised that they could deliver to the store by the weekend. I placed the order and it had arrived as per her advice. Great customer service and it is great to have HMV back in Woking😊
