Most bad expierence I ever made with Internet-Orders. Wrong item was delivered. No answer to claim. Had to send it back on my own expences. Good that I payed via Paypal because they refunded! Seeing the many complaints for Hobbyfly in corresponding forums I think that they swindlers! NEVER ORDER HOBBYFLY!
I thought customer service this bad was a thing of the past but how wrong I was. It's been over two weeks since I placed an order and it still hasn't been handed over to DPD for delivery. I called twice and was told each time to give it a few days and check again, no surprise it still hasn't shipped and despite having my money they are not replying to any emails and are not not answering the phone. I would strongly suggest that this company are avoided at all costs, you have been warned.
If you are in search for a nice rc-plane have a look in hobbyfly´s. They offer very fine modells for good conditions, post it very fast and the service ist great. They always try to help you and solve problems together with you. I could only recommend this firm, test it.
