I had a problem with one of the plastic model cars I ordered. When contacting customer service I thought I’d have to jump through hoops. Not the case. Customer service went far beyond my expectations. This is the kind of customer service a lot of companies have forgotten. Hobbylinc should give seminars on great customer service. I bought a Idf Merkava mk iv tank everything was good but the track system is the worst i have ever seen, do to that i will no longer be buying from them, you should let the manafacture know they need to change the track system. or go broke......

Great Company, good service, price'd better than other web sites. A little slow in shipment time (approx. 5 days) but received by estimated arrival date. Package received intact with proper packing.

I have ordered from Hobbylinc several times since I got back to the hobby. Shipping times and costs are reasonable compared to some other sources. The product is as advertised and arrives in good condition. Prices for the items are good. That being said, I have been pleased with every purchase. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from Hobbylinc in the future.

Great prices and as of 02/2022 great shipping costs compared to others like M.B. Klein. My first order had an issue with a deformed model. CS did get the ball rolling on a replacement... 2 weeks ago..... Like another reviewer stated.. They list and sell items as "in stock" but they are not in stock. [that's why they have the 4 day processing on both their main site and ebay site].
I was checking on this replacement order and it says on the invoice "This shipment is currently on backorder, and will be shipped when all items are available.". I check the actual item listing and it says "In Stock". Monday the 20th I email CS about this and the reply was 1 day to process, and 1 day to send... So it should have went out by close of business today 02-22.. I replied to an email they had sent and the status changed to
"Your modified order is being pulled from our warehouse and being prepared for shipment. In the case where we encounter availability issues on an item, we will contact you on how to proceed (remove item, place on backorder, etc.)." How and why would there be an availability issue with an item in their warehouse? In the email reply the CS rep did say HL was waiting for the item.. Again, on the site it says "in Stock"... I am hoping my future orders have no issues.. I don't like companies peeing' on my leg and saying it's raining!

Was able to find brass mounting pedestals for a wooden model pond yacht. The screws provided were not perfect for my project, as they were a bit too long, but the brass mountings look really sharp and now I can display my model again. Prompt, courteous service and fast shipping!

Hello, I am 75 years old and don't subscribe to; FaceBook, Site Jabber, Reseller Ratings, Trust Pilot or any other of these social media things. I tried to do this on google but to no avail, sorry. I will tell you this though, you are my go to on line hobby shop because between your very cool customer site inclusion, some really excellent builds, and sales of the week, I really feel like the 10 year old California kid who, in his local hobby shop had a whopping $1.02 cents from his allowance to buy a $.98 model. I would spend so much time trying to figure out which Revell, Monogram, Lindeberg, Aurora, etc. kit was going home lovingly to be put together with my tube of glue. Your site reminds me of that because of how you treat the hobby, inclusion of your customners, the great prices and sales and variety the Hobbylinc family offers as well as the easy access of communications. Keep up the great work,oh, and the 10 year old little boy thanks you as well.

they sell items they don't actually have in stock, listing them on ebay and their own site and them proceed to let you wait several days only for a warehouse check only to find out your order was a failure and any stock they had probably went to someone else before you can actually go through a refund process or even worse a backorder

I don't have anything positive I can say in a review. they took about a week just to pull the items I ordered from the warehouse. then sent them adding almost an entire week to the shipping and delivery schedule. When contacted, all I got were apathetic, off the cuff and inconsiderate responses. I could tell when "reading between the lines" I was being told "too bad, deal with it, and to F-off. Also, very irritating and frustrating is you will show many different models in you catalog but many are out of stock with no answer of when they may be back. If you are out of stock, pull the listing instead of leading the consumer on that there may be hope of restocking. I won't, in good conscience, continue to shop for anything at hobbylinc any longer.
