Outright rude sales team, steer clear.

Don't ever order from this company. I have been waiting for a refund for 10 months & still havent recieved. They keep saying they ate having issues with the refund process

Ordered 10 pack of tiny nuts and bolts for 90p, charged £2.20 shipping, credit card was charged immediately. I accepted this at the time of ordering, but after a week they still hadn’t arrived so I had to source others from Screwfix. Emailed to cancel my order and hey presto, the order status changed to shipped!

Having placed an order , with full payment, no goods were received. Status in my account continues to show processing 8 days later. They are un contactable by phone and do not reply to the web page sales enquiry form.

I have not received my order placed on 14 December 2020 .There Email stated order was posted out to me but it has not turned up . I have emailed them twice with no reply . Very Disappointed the order was Christmas present for my grandson.

I would like to advise any serious people not to buy into this scam

Placed my first order with them, received all the parts, all nicely packed and quickly delivered. Price on most of the products is cheap.

Buy from Arduino store, Sparkfun and Adafruit instead. The products might cost a bit more but the support is far better.

Yesterday I called Hobbytronics from Cape Town with an inquiry for a product I was looking for. The phone was answered within one ring and I spoke to a technician who answered my question staright off and told me where the part was on their website. I ordered it after the call and it was here at 10am this morning. I did choose a quick courier service which I paid for. at a very fair price. I had other options for delivery but did not choose these.
I cant think why I should not rate this experience 5 stars. I compare this to another well known safari on-line store who lied to me on two occasions and took 3 weeks to deliver my goods. No comparison. Congratulations Hobbytronics. I will certainly be back.

i've purchased a product that came with a faulty part, i've speent a lot of time to document the problem and the customer support was replaying with mails absolutely pointless, not even reading and looking at the information i've sent.
I'm very disappointed with the customare support.

I've used hobbytronics a couple of times now. Delivery is very quick, the prices are good. Items are nicely packaged. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Just received my first order with HobbyTronics, everything went so well I've just placed another order! These guys offer amazingly fast service/delivery and have very competitive pricing (components ordered were cheaper than most of the places I could find in the UK!), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HobbyTronics to friends/family.

I bought 3 stepper motors with 3 easydrivers, and when I tested them I found 2 motors and 2 easydrivers not working. I sent an email to the customer service and they told that they sent me qualitiy product and I damaged them. Sent them the 2 motors and the 2 ED to test them. I was hopping to get working ones back however they sent me the damaged products again. I really wont recomend this website to anyone. Because they wont replace the damaged products after you receive them. I will never buy from them anymore.

As someone knew to the hobby of robotics, there can be no better service than Hobbytronics offer.

Ordering and delivery was very swift, all items clearly label in separate bags, and when I identified an led display item was incorrect, informing them via their website comment section, this was acknowledged in less than 12 hours, with the correct item now posted but I could keep the incorrect item, no need to return.
