I've been ordering with you guys since 2013. I live in NL, but the goods always come in very fast. Only once in al those years I had a problem, which Hockeyoffice and Bauer cleared for me very fast!

What an excellent one-stop hockey shop!

What I really like: The shop. It's easy to use and there are a lot of good prices. The communication is solid - they reply in good time to questions.

*I'm not sure about their AI bot usage - there was an off topic AI reply to an email - and I'm not sure if the chat is the same (I didn't try it)- likely next time I will :)

The bad: It's been a week since I placed my order and my parcel hasn't left Germany. Could be a glitch on the package delivery service side.

Barring the delivery of this order escalating into something weird like a massive delivery delay, I will be using them again in future.
