After multiple emails and sending a very clear video of the mechanical issues and noises they say there's no issue and that's normal .
Hard to believe.

We do apologize; our customer service staff should have been better at explaining that we just needed a better video of the issue. Once we had that, we were able to offer you a replacement unit. The unit is a very costly item, so it was important to validate whether the fault was minor or major. Thankfully, we found a good solution for you.
Excellent Experience
I had a really great experience with this company! Shipping was super fast and the product was exactly what I was hoping for and really great quality. I also had a couple of questions before ordering, and their communication was excellent. Super friendly and quick to respond, which made the whole process even better.
All in all, very happy with everything and would definitely order again!

Don't do it!!!
I purchased something on Crossroads from this store. Unfortunately. The item that arrived was completely different to what was described. Neither Crossroads nor this company will allow me to return the item for a refund. Just a series of long, drawn out emails waiting for me to give up. Both scams and both breaking consumer laws.
I will pursue until I am refunded.
Don't buy from these people!
They say they are an Australian company but the English in the correspondence suggests otherwise.

Hi, Crossroads is in receivership as of the 28th of November.
Crossroads currently owes more than 250 million dollars to customers and suppliers. All transaction enquiries need to be directed towards KPMG as they are in charge of the voluntary administration process.
We are just the supplier of the product not the company you purchased this item from.
SCAM!! Beware
They took my money and told me my card is fraudulent; therefore they have to hold onto the payment and not send the product. Their instructions for me to be able to receive the item we're basically sent through lots of personal bank details which confirmed that this is definitely a scam.
I have asked politely twice by email for a refund and have had no reply.
Please stay safe and don't buy from these people no matter how enticing the price.

Hi Kim, I remember personally speaking to you on the phone as you were obviously very distraught over the fraudulent card warning .
As I explained to you, your credit card came up as fraudulent and we needed to verify your purchase. As you were not comfortable with this we refunded the card.
We NEVER asked or will ask for personal information and we absolutely refunded the card.
I also took time to explain you how you could call your bank to request a chargeback if you felt any online transaction was fraudulent.
I find it incredibly rude you would slander my business after I took the time to call you from Australia and explain this to you.
It is odd that you still think we are a scam even though you were refunded straight away.
