OK work, terrible customer service
They did a good enough job with the electrical installation I tasked them with -- however, their customer service was non-existent:
1. The electrician forgot some tools and had to drive back to pick them up. I was charged for the extra trip in the invoice
2. I told them to install a dimmer and they charged me double as much than the street price for it (excluded installation). I guess this was my fault for not buying the material myself, but still.
3. They offered no answer at all to my multiple requests for a clarification. I just felt ignored as a customer and that is the worst part.
