Ordered an outdoor lamp from this company and the experience was disappointing. Delivery to the UK took two weeks, and despite asking about delivery times, I was never told it would take this long. Two days after ordering, they finally replied saying it would ship in another two days. The company uses a .co.uk domain (illumination.co.uk), giving the impression it’s UK-based, but it actually operates from Germany—something they don’t clearly disclose.
As for the lamp itself (Reality Bonito), it’s advertised as IP44, but only the motion/timer module is. The rest has no proper sealing or protection, making it completely unsuitable for outdoor use. I won’t install it, and returning it is a hassle since it has to go back to Germany. Unfortunately, a waste of money.

Ordered lights from Illumination.co.uk which presents as UK company, actually company is German based Hofstein gmbh. Delivery took nearly 3 weeks and was poorly packaged with some items missing. The other items in the order were the wrong ones. I also had one parcel withheld and received customs import taxes of over £100 on a £300 order when their website states that import duties are paid by them. Customer service line is a recorded message and their email contact portal took several days to respond and advised items sent were as ordered despite sending them evidence to the contrary. Shocking service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Ordered a replacement outside light Lentua Outdoor Wall Light green, black, 1-light source as we broke 1 from 2017, came in good time and great quality, good company

I purchased a smart ceiling lamp, but once arrived the product did not match the spec described in their website. It’s not a smart device at all and it produces less lumen than described.
On top of this they sent me a product that was clearly opened and poorly resealed, once open the product shows an aesthetic defect.
I sent multiple emails to their support, but no replies.
I suggest to avoid them.
