Predatory in nature

I hope the Swedish customer agency will hold them accountable for their super-predatory behaviour based on so many complaints.
I wrongfully chose to pay for zone 597001 while the car was parked in zone 597002 within the building (P-Malmö). This caused me to incur a fine of 800 SEK which has been enforced in spite of me explaining the mistake to Hojab parkeringsservice. Although I showed the proof of payment of 88 SEK via app, they upheld the fine. Noteworthy, the level where the car was parked did not have any zode code indicated. Few meters outside, they had the zone code 597001 and I chose to pay for it. Turns out, each floor has a sub-code. They do not put up proper signs about the zone codes in the first place, lacks proper information and does not accept proof of payment via the app. Extremely predatory company.

Got an invoice (as a reminder) for 800 SEK (kontrollavgift).
Place: Gothenburg.
I have never been to Gothenburg with my car.
It says they have taken a picture also, seriously!
I am still waiting for their answer to my complaint.

I was only parking for 5 minutes to pick up my McDonald in a one hour parking spot I rushed out and confronted the guy. The staff was very rude towards me. They ruined people’s day for a living, it’s disgusting.

They are Thieves!!

They are Thieves!!!
Got a ticket on my own parking space at my apartment that I rented from them. And they didn’t decline the ticket even though I should proof that I have that spot in rent.

Another time got a ticket from them in mall of scandinavia even though I have 4 hours of free parking there and it was not overtime.
Why nobody can stop them from robbing hard working tax paying citizens?!?!?!

Would give 0 if I can

Would give 0 if I can! Complete id***s working there! Got a ticket while being parked in front of Lidl, while shopping inside??? Didn’t get a yellow note of course but remainder to pay the bill via kivra. Tried to contact them 2 times to give me the explanation why I got a ticket while shopping in the store and got twice the same answer that the parkeringsvakt realised that I am not in the store when he wrote the ticket!!! Are you f*** kidding me? Sent the bank statement that I spend the money there with the date and time from when I got a ticket but no, again same mail. Will contact the police and proceed further with this ridiculous nonsense!

Scam

As I do not have their APP and as per the instructions I sent an SMS to the indicated number to pay the parking fee.
Once sent, I parked and left the car.
Within 10 minutes, a guy with a car came and left the Yellow ticket so rapidly, even I noticed him and ran to him, he just went away so quickly and left a Yellow ticket with 600 SEK.

This is a criminal company we will…

This is a criminal company we will report to the police. We got fined for not having a p- skiva in the car and asked for a picture who proofs that. We received the picture today which shows our car from the back and the picture is taken from inside of the controllers car. Apparently their employee was to lazy to get out of the car and check if there was a p- skiva.

2 fines for the same mistake

Parked in front of the parking of a store next to a kid indoor playground, because that one is tiny and was full. I didn't see the signs, so it's not fun but I deserved a fine.

But I got 2 fines
- a fine 5 minutes after parking the car because the parking is only intended to customers of that store
- another fine about 2 hours later, 5 minutes after the max allowed time on a weekend day is allowed for having the car parked

I obviously don't agree with the ethic behind that, and I have a hard time believing this can be legal. Will try to find the right authorities and ask if that is.

Whether it's politicians, municipalities, or employees of that organization getting paid with the money, I think that should be repaired, or changed.

We got a parking ticket for 600 sek

We got a parking ticket for 600 sek, after parking with our monthly period ticket for months. The difference is, our MC had foreign plates. They let it slide and ignored it. But soon as we bought a car with Swedish plates and parked it on the same spot, boom. Here comes a parking ticket. For what you may ask? For not having a permission slip to park there, along side the monthly period ticket. Which we did not know how and where to acquire since the app mentioned nothing of it, no sign near the ticket machine. When we called the numbers by the parking lot to ask where one applies for it, their replies were "We don't know." So, how does an English speaking person find out and from whom when there are no signs to point you in the right direction, nor does the customer support have any knowledge of it either.
And to our question, as to why our MC was not fined, they reply with: "We don't know". Is there anyone that actually knows something in that company other than handing out tickets??
Has to be mentioned that we actually got two parking tickets (600 sek each). First one was cancelled after my appeal but they are not so keen on cancelling the other. Even though, they are over the exact same matter in question. In the second one, I demanded the cancellation and a refund for the monthly period ticket of 249 sek. This is what must ache for them. The refund.
After reading the comments on them, I see I am dealing with a very well known scamming company but I am not backing down. I will appeal and appeal until it takes us to the court itself as I do have good grounds for this ticket to be annuled.
These guys are pure evil, down to its core.

Stopped to get some groceries for my…

I stopped to get some groceries for my family at Willys Katrinelundsgatan in Malmö. I used a P-Skiva as advised by the signs. The parking area hasn’t been painted for a long time and the lines on the tarmac are very feint. I returned to find a ticket for 800kr on my windshield, issued just minutes before and saying that I was parked outside the lines. I phoned them and got through to Mattias who told me that there was nothing he could do to help. This is so frustrating!

Fined me for parking in a free parking lot and following posted rules. I appealed and they did not even read my appeal, only replied with made up information. I appealed again and they didn't even respond, just threatened to take me to court. This company should be finned by the government for crimes against those who cannot afford to go to court with them. Criminals.

They’re here to make people’s live harder.

Even tho I have paid to park my car, I was told that by mistake i have added a hyphen sign (-) at the end of my cars registration number (while putting it in the automat machine). Therefore they have decided to make me pay the whole fine. All I see in this company is people who don’t have any consideration and regards. So disappointed!!

They charge a reminder fee by default

They charge a reminder fee by default. They claim that the first invoice was the one on your windshield. If it flew off or someone took it, or you never got it for any reason, doesn’t matter, you get a reminder fee by default. I called their extremely unhelpful customer service and Adina says the above. You always have to call because you will always get a reminder fee by default.
