We ordered 2 posters with birds.Within a few days the 2 received beautiful posters in the Netherlands.They were neatly packed. And they matched the description in the webshop. Very nice.

Rust in ‘rust free product’

After ordering their products last week, one of them being a rust free termo drikkeflaske, I saw that it has rust on the inside, which is quite disappointing as I expected all the products to be stainless steel, rust free and safe. I also purchased the products primarily for children and that makes it even more startling.
I have written to them and not gotten a reply yet.

I can see that you mailed us yesterday afternoon and we simply just have not had time to reply yet - sorry about that 😊

Of course there should not be rust on a new stainless product. We have never seen the issue before, so I assume it's a production flaw. We have forwarded the issue to the manufacturer 😊

We have refunded your money for the products now 😊

I think this is my 4th birdhouse over the years, my daughter also bought me one for Christmas. The woodpecker is not so kind to the birdhouse. So they do not last so long. The other birds, love their house, sitting in a queue on the roof. Easy to buy, a quick delivery, thank you

Problem with delivery from Bring but great customer service

Ordered two weeks ago. It took over a week for the product to get sent and now it’s been stuck in Oslo for 4 days. Unclear what is happening.

Edit: Fast and really helpful response from customer service, changing my rating.

I am very sorry to hear, that the package has not yet been received!

We shipped the order within 24 hours, the problem is with the shipping company, Bring. It makes of course no sense they have shipped it to Norway, when destination is Sweden, they must have sorted it wrong.

We will immediately send a new package - and then you can just pickup the first package that arrives 😊

I will personally follow the tracking until the new package arrives safely! 😊
