No response from customer service
No response from customer service. I purchased sneakers and received them but they were too small, I wanted a larger size. The return required approval, I emailed requesting support to exchange the pair. I never heard back so called a few days later. I spoke to someone who said exchanges were simple, fill out the form. I did and returned them. I have been waiting for the pair to arrive and today noticed a refund email. It has een a month - I’m just trying to get a pair of sneakers. Sorry I tried this company. Terrible service. Wonder if I hear back from them after this review.

My doctor ordered this style shoe. Found it on the store's web page last year. Came quick, fit perfect and the price was great. Ordered again this year and everything perfect.[Extra, it was on sale] You'll hear from me a year from now and know my order will be taken care perfectly.
