Hola Clean located in Oklahoma City.
I’d give zero stars if I could! The owner, Laura Pennington specifically told me she would send two housekeepers for five hours to perform a deep clean. Instead, she sent only one for six hours. Many areas of my home were not even dusted. The oven not cleaned, interior windows and sills not cleaned. She provided me with a two page list of areas that would be cleaned. My husband and I downsized to a newly constructed 1,500 SF home. Two of our bedrooms and one of our bathrooms are not used. Laura would not come to our home to predetermine the cost of cleaning. MAKE CERTAIN YOU OBTAIN A QUOTE IN WRITING IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THIS COMPANY! HAVE HER OUTLINE HOW MANY HOUSEKEEPERS, FOR HOW LONG, AND WHAT AREAS WILL BE CLEANED. SHE IS BLATANTLY DENYING THE FACTS.
