Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful, they have charged my card before even their car supplier could confirm they could provide me with a car. At contact with their supplier they apologised that they an not provide me a car, also assured they will not charge me anything. However “Holiday Cars” scammed £16.90 from my account as their “commission” for a car which was not provided to me. As a matter of principle I shall take it further to report it to Financial Ombudsman.

Everybody be careful, don’t use these scammers.
