I recently booked a holiday through Charlotte, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Charlotte was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to find the perfect getaway for me. She listened carefully to what I wanted, offered fantastic recommendations, and tailored everything to suit my needs and budget.

What stood out most was her friendly, down-to-earth attitude and the genuine care she showed in making sure every detail was just right. It felt like I was planning a trip with a friend rather than just an agent. Thanks to her hard work, I’m heading off on a holiday I’m genuinely excited about – stress-free and confident everything is sorted.

Ranul sorted out our holiday and couldn’t do enough to help. We couldn’t find a suitable holiday for our dates and Ranul went above and beyond to find an alternative within budget and to my requirements. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I've been using holiday genie since 2015 for my Orlando holidays and not once have I had a problem with this company. Charlotte today was amazing I saw a holiday I liked she moved some dates around for the best prices and boom! I'm booked and looking forward to my holiday she was fantastic a 10/10 customer service agent.

ive used holiday genie on 2 occasions first time was 2018 and most recently august 2024 both times we booked orlando we cant fault them at all my sales consultant lauren was fantastic explaining everything in great detail always there at the end of the phone to answer any niggling questions i had. we can honestly say we have had a fantastic expeirence with HG so much so were looking to book our orlando 2026 with them

Have been booking with holiday genie since 2017. Very reliable and they always make time to look for the exact type of holiday you want. I just recently booked again and dealt with a guy called Ranul who was very helpful and had great communication.
Would absolutely recommend booking with this company.

Beth dealt with my enquiry straight away, gave further holiday availability and costs for comparison which was really helpful, no cold calling, gave you time to think, once confirmed i wanted to book it was very easy to do and confirmed right away by email, very pleased with the service, would definately book via Holiday Genie next time

I thought I’d write a review as I found these reviews super helpful when looking to go with Holiday Genie, as I’d never heard of them before. Charlotte helped us sort out holiday to Bali this summer. She was very accommodating, answering a million questions and got us a good deal (we compared how much it would cost us to sort all the individual components ourselves). Super happy with them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I have only ever used holiday genie in all the years i have been going to florida always had fantastic comunication always met my needs in the things that i have requested ranul as kept me upto date since i booked i carnt praise this company enough

I have been with Holiday Genie for 10 years on 2025. Every holiday we've had has been almost perfect. I have been ragging Ranul who has the patience of a saint btw ( C.S Agent ) for a while now trying to get the perfect holiday he found the perfect price for the dates needed. Today again I put my deposit down and we are off. You want a perfect price? Go on roll the dice. With HOLIDAY GENIE! 💯

Beth found me the best deal to Orlando that I could find. Despite me continually asking to change accommodation options she worked with me and was pleasant throughout.

Lots of companies get bad reviews. I booked with this company for 7 nights in Vegas at Caesars Palace. They got me a great price, much cheaper than anywhere else and worked with me constantly when there was the odd issue to rectify problems. Lufthansa changed flights on original booking and made it awkward. Lauren and team worked to get us different flights using BA and honoured original price as well. If you are patient and trust that people are working hard for you give this company a go, they will not let you down

Charlotte was so helpful and informative and went the extra mile for absolute reassurance on a trip to New York for two 19 year olds.
