I haven't booked with holiday guru just yet, however I plan to very soon. I put in a request by email asking holiday guru to help me find something for the end of 2017. They sent back a really good deal and I hope to book soon. Overall I just love looking through the deals!

Unfortuantely, our office was closed between Christmas and New Year's, and since you were looking for a last minute deal it was already too late by the time we came back in January.
I'd like to offer my sincere apologies. Please bear in mind that we are aren't a travel agency, but rather a small team of independent bloggers who do receive a high volume of requests! We are looking to expand our team at this current time so that in the future we will be able to deal with your requests more effictively and quickly. When booking long haul holiday, we do recommend planning well in advance rather than 6 days to the preferred departure date so that we have a chance to look for a good deal for you.

E-mailed in December enquiring about a sun holiday. Got an e-mail back in January with an apology for not answering my e-mail as they had been busy.Still waiting for the holiday information and it's February now.
