We have stayed at sandpiper cove multiple times with no issues whatsoever. This time we decided to rent a studio 8246 for a few days. Along with the price increase there were many issues with this unit. Within 10 minutes of walking in the floors were disgusting, but who could see to clean them because there is 4 small lights that do nothing. While trying to sleep on a brick for a mattress the condensation from the ac drips onto your head. This is not a quiet place to sleep, the freezer makes a loud noise while dumping ice all though the night, the toilet constantly runs water through and is very loud. Overall this is the worst stay I’ve ever had at holiday isle.

We have rented at Seacrest Condominium on Okaloosa Island for at least 15 years and have never had any issues with the prior management company. Holiday Isle took over this past year and it seemed like we had issues every day. Parking was a disaster, water quit working one day with no advanced warning from management, the units didn’t seem as well kept as normal and I could go on. The prices of the units have increased tremendously with little to no upkeep to the property, other than keypad entry. We hate to look elsewhere for places to stay but after the experience this year, I think it’s time for a change. We were in Unit 701AB, we had family in 501AB, and in 406. We come as a large group and generally rent several units and this year under Holiday Isle management, we all were disappointed!

Going to Destin was a lot of built up excitement, the condo we reserved happened to be the only one available during the busy 4th of July week in sandpiper cove, we reserved this area so that we could stay near our friends in sandpiper cove. Sandpiper cove itself was nice, clean and convenient. Condo 8113, left a lot to be desired- walking in, the room was a disappointment. The first notable item was the panel box with exposed wires, underneath was a dirty wall, it had approximately 100.00 worth of furniture in it, the loveseat had a huge stain from something in the middle of it, the toilet was still gross, the bathtub was old and scratched up but clean, the condo was a studio that had a Murphy bed, kinda cool until you got ready to pull it out and the stains on the bottom left us wondering if someone was killed under it. On the bright side, it had a new microwave and the fridge was clean and the washer and dryer was great. The floors were fairly in okay condition but mostly scratched. The third day there I killed two roaches. And the patio furniture consisted of a broke down beach chair with a matching vinyl mat (nice touch). The back door didn’t lock we had to find a stick to keep the door locked. So basically in summary- compared to the motel 8 down the street that was charging 539 a night I guess we will consider ourselves to have had a “good deal”, but maybe the motel 8 would have been a better option. My suggestion would be, that what we paid for the week, they could use that money to do a few upgrades as the square footage is not that much and our weekly price could totally do it! Will not stay here again. At least not in this unit. We did not complain to anyone, as during this week the options on where to stay were limited with boat slips- so we sucked it up, went to Walmart, bout some covered for the seating areas, some blankets for the bed, some mats for the bathroom floor and tub and decided to not think about anything but enjoying the rest of our time in beautiful Destin.

We just returned from a vacation at Destin, Florida. We stayed for the first time at Destin on the Gulf, Unit 406. We rented through Holiday Isle Properties and it was amazing! I will certainly rent through them again and I will definitely rent Unit 406. The property is on a quiet street off of the chaos of Hwy 98 so it is very easy to maneuver in and out of the bumper to bumper traffic that is Destin. The beach was beautiful and CLEAN. The resort is family oriented with beach toys, umbrellas and floats to use. The pool was cleaned every morning and the property was spotless. The managers, Nicole and Patricia were amazing to deal with. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Spring break and we needed to get the family to the beach. Holiday Isle Properties was easy to work with and check-in/check-out was a breeze during a very busy week! I can't say enough good things about Shoreline Towers 2106 (3/20/2021). I was ready for it to not be as nice as the pictures but it was actually even better! What you don't see is the owners LOVE their condo and only purchased quality appliances and furniture. We were truly lucky to get this unit.. We'll be searching for Shoreline Towers 2106 on our next trip to Destin!

I have rented at Seacrest on Okaloosa Island for 15 years and loved it. Holiday Isle Properties took over last year and it was a nightmare. The air conditioning went out the first week and was not fixed until the last 2 days of our monthly stay. The price has now tripled from last year and I have been unable to get a reply from Holiday Isle by email or phone to see if they are even offering monthly rates. Needless to say I have found another property to rent.

Prices are going through the roof with little to show for increase. Due to increase in cleaning fee you would expect the unit to be clean not to mention the world wide pandemic. The floors were so nasty everyone with shoes off had black feet. Had to mop!!!!At least they provided a mop. We inquired about a monthly fee for 2021 and was told Rachel would have to give us a call. Well that never happened. We had issues with payment before arrival, after several emails and phone calls it was worked out. We tried to remain positive things would be great. Well the new management Holiday Isle Properties has a lot to work on....Just hope they don't ruin this nice community.

Our room was way to hot . and the ocean was having work done on it and the water smelled and was terrible

We stayed at SouthBay #62 and it was wonderful. Easy access to the sand and water with a short walk to the beach! The condo is great, very spacious and recently updated with new outdoor and indoor furniture. I have stayed there the last 2 years and am planning on making it a third next summer.

We stayed at Sandpiper Cove several years ago through Holiday Isles, and it was wonderful. We had a reservation through them this year as well, but with Covid-19, things were messed up. They were very helpful with everything, and we will definitely stay with them again when we are able.

Sandpiper Cove 8202 was everything the photos and description said it was! We can see the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony, but not right on the beach. Which is exactly what we were looking for!
The condo was immaculately clean and appears newly renovated! We're close enough to 98 West Palms Shopping Center,(Target, Winn Dixie, Walgreens & more) and many more shops and restaurants, which are all within walking distance, that we don't need a vehicle.
The young ladies in the Holiday Isle Properties office have been more than welcoming and helpful!
We still have another 7 of 11 weeks until we check out. So, I'll update towards check out date, but can't imagine anything but positives to come!

Wonderful company, Responsive, Manage beautiful properties - Very easy to deal with!

We have visited two of your properties, Holiday Beach and Raquet club and the Inlet reef property, we stayed at the first listed for quite a few times in the last 25 years we stayed at the Inlet reef property this past year and found that more to our liking although both properties were exceptional. Your management team are exceptional and very helpful in answering all are request for information and help.

We love staying at Sandpiper! Renting again next year!

I came with my family to relax here from New York. Beautiful nature, excellent family home. And although he had an average rating, our accommodation was beautiful - spacious, clean, calm interior. a lot of country entertainment. and near the ocean. I have very emotional memories about this place

Super condo. Everything we needed was there and grocery and restaurants were very convenient . Beds were comfortable and the view was breathtaking. Inlet Reef was a super experienced . Can’t wait to go back!! Thanks, Rachael

Really enjoyed unit 2042. Have been to Sandpiper Cove many times. This was one of our favorite units. Best location on the beach

The condo was great! We didn’t get to stay in the one we originally booked but got upgraded to a better room. The only thing we didn’t get with the upgrade was a beach view. But the amenities in the room were wonderful!
