Waited all year for this holiday it was
Booked for my 40th by my partner and all though we experienced so much we could never do in other countries we would never visit this country again..

The hotel staff come across as wonderful helpful people but they were nothing more than perverts
Our housekeeper was showing pictures of his family yet in his camera roll there were zoomed in images of women's private parts whilst on the lazy river...

It gets worse... another guest although they were drunk ( but it is all inclusive,adults only)
dived off the stage (which is right next to the shallow end of the pool )
it was dark it should of been cordoned off,
he thought it was the deep end and unfortunately it was the shallow end, he was floating on top of the water ..the guy is now paralysed!! My partner had to get him out as nobody was doing anything,We weren't given any support or help after what we witnessed, There was blood everywhere, the pool wasn't cleaned out and things went on as normal,
The next day a guest even stood on the guys teeth at the bottom of the pool,

Next night ....I've never been in a situation due to alcohol I can't remember anything but day 3 this was the case.... I had blood coming out of my nose and when back in my room I was projectile vomiting blood everywhere....
Some hotel worker came to our room at 1.30am to say the door was open, but how the hell could it of been opened when we locked it??

Went on a desert excursion and literally thought I wasn't going to return, the photographer followed my quad throughout and wouldn't let me hold my partners hand ,made an extremely rude remark and was constantly making me feel awkward throughout so I told him to xxxx off, he then put his fists up and made me fear for my life as another couple on the excursion said someone from there hotel had gone missing due to humiliating an Egyptian hotel worker

We weren't warned by staff or the holiday reps about the taxis outside
And so we got in one ( which they hot wired 😧) took us to a town we insisted we didn't want to go to , stuck us with a tour guide we insisted we didn't want and payed the price...

Please think twice before coming here

First experience of a river cruise and won't be the last!
We were looking for a relaxing, chilled out week and put our trust in Jenny (as always) and she delivered again.
Everything was well organised for us and the standard of accommodation and service excellent.
Even the sun shone, highly recommend this trip!

Helen really listened to what we wanted and was incredibly patient while we went backwards and forwards changing our itinerary until we got to the perfect combination of stops and activities.

Dubai was absolutely great fantastic place to visit. I have no words to describe how gorgeous Morden and beautiful that city is.
It’s soo safe, liberal you can wear whatever you like. Taxi Uber always 1. Min away. All facilities are there you name it they have it.
Best of the best city.

We went dolphin experience in Atlantis. Wild wadi water park, miracle garden full of flowers, dessert safari camel ride quad biking sunset view, skiing, nice restaurants for food. Loved it alll

She had taken care of everything for me including accommodation, all excursions from the Lodge on Vancouver Island were included in my holiday. Also all of the accommodation she had booked for my trip was excellent.

My family and I booked our holiday for August 2024 with Stacey Read in April 2023. Stacey took the stress out of everything from finding us the right holiday, at the right price during the school summer holidays - no mean feat! What Stacey found for us (a TUI Marella Adriatic Cruise and stay) ticked every box and we had the best holiday. She'd thought of everything, advising us on cabin size and location, picking the best flights to make the most of the time we had prior to setting sail and helping us chose a hotel for our stay which was right on the beach. I asked a million questions, at least 10 times which Stacey patiently answered with her trademark smile. I would definitely recommend giving Stacey a call for first class service, her knowledge is incredible and she puts 100% effort into getting you the best holiday.

Unsolicited emails. Never signed up and no idea where they got my email from. There was also no unsubscribe option - Will also be reporting to ICO

Booked a Double room at Fergus Hotel Himalayas Ibiza for two adults and a female child aged 14. But we got a Single room for all us three. They told us the hotel was full we cannot swoop you. What an embarrassment and an insult to the dignity, respect and integrity to me and my family. I had to sleep on the couch near their reception desk on the night and the following night I did the descent thing albeit spent more money than I should, to book a suitable place from another hotel 1/2 a mile away leaving Fergus room wastefully unoccupied. Paul has arranged a few holidays for us. He is quick to respond and has found us some good trips and offers. Company processes are good with all required information and confirmations arriving quickly

We recently booked next years, family summer holiday via Stacey Dennett at holidays please. We have now booked numerous trips with Stacey and it is always easy and stress free.
