I have included my observations regarding this property below. The property is not as advertised. From the beginning, we have addressed all the following concerns with the owners; however, nothing has been resolved. The only exception is that maintenance brought a new oven and left it in the garden, along with a solo bedframe and mattress. I was never able to replace my bed with the mattress that was soiled with urine and blood. The proprietors exclusively use Google Translate due to their lack of proficiency in English, which results in considerable communication confusion. The bathroom taps and tiles have never been cleaned of scale, and the house is extremely dirty. The Teflon on the fry pans is damaged, which is highly unhealthy, and all the kitchenware is worn and broken. For half of our stay, we were unable to use the oven, and we were required to purchase our own linens and a pot to make tea. The bed was never replaced, necessitating that my wife and I sleep on the floor for a period of ten days. The entire house requires a complete renovation. We request that you review our photographs as evidence. Our window was damaged, allowing anyone to access the property from the exterior during the duration of our stay. As it is unsafe to leave our valuables, such as passports and laptops, in the home, we must always carry them. WiFi was unavailable throughout our entire stay, which prevented us from accessing any television services, such as Netflix, via their WiFi. We were required to utilise our own mobile roaming internet, which was extremely deficient. Therefore, the evening was spent in the home, as there was nothing to do outside due to the extreme cold. The living room is intended for four individuals, not twelve, as it is advertised. This is our first time in such awful conditions. Unfortunetly I am unable to add more than 12 pictures. Cameras inside the house watching and recording you without the sign CCTV in operation outside the bathrooms.
