Matthew has been great! There’s been date changes and accomodation changes due to our work schedule. We haven’t been easy yet he has been able to accommodate us and has made this very easy without complaint.

I've just completed my second stay in a week with Holiday Swap (one in Europe, one in the USA) and from booking to check-out, it has all been a breeze. Further still, I've stayed in places that have been perfect for the trips I have been on. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent service quick to find places but none were in areas I need or bit too expensive for me. Didn't book as don't have money at the moment but will definitely try again
