When I had an issue with a product, HolistaPet refunded me without any delay. I did have a slight problem getting ahold of them (they aren't available during the chat times advertised) but nothing was urgent.

The bonus treats with the new recipe were much appreciated! Dexter loves them.

My pup had TPLO surgery and the medical dose of this cbd was perfect for keeping him calm on a daily basis without having to keep him heavily medicated on sedatives. He’s a pit bull, heavy on the bull! Lol so this product has been a god send in his recovery!

Ordered CBD with expedited delivery for the 4th of July. According to their chart, I had a couple of buffer days to get it in time. The status of the order switched to shipped very quickly, but the tracking info showed the label was printed but the package wasn't given to FedEx. After 2 weeks, I reached out to the company. They said they'd respond in 24 hours. When I hadn't heard back after 2 business days, I contested the charge with my credit card company. THEN I got a response, saying my package got lost in the processing stage (meaning they never gave it to FedEx), but they're not refunding the $30 shipping fee, even though they didn't ship anything.
Update: After reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, I got a refund for the shipping. I did try to call the business before contacting BBB, but was immediately put on hold and gave up after 15 minutes of music with no indication of if/when a person might take my call.

Website is very informative and easy to use. I have a Great Dane and Holistapet made it easy to figure out which products and dosages best for him.

These help with the anxiety our dog gets whenever we travel in our motorhome.

Great product, experience and fast shipping

It didn’t work for my collie. She’s nervous during thunderstorms. I’ve used CBD product on her in the past that worked to keep her calm. tried this one for a change, we’ve seen no difference whatsoever.

I slowly took my cat up to the recommended dose of treats based on package instructions and it went from doing nothing to basically sedating him. Still wanting to give the cbd a chance, I inquired about information (dropper size and calories) for an additional product (oil) because that info was not on the website. Holistapet support was dismissive. Via three emails, they just kept telling me to check the website for it. They specified where to look, even took screenshots, but only showcased information irrelevant to what I was asking about (no mention of calories or the volume that can fit into the dropper).
Just sounded like they either did not know the info I was requesting or did not want to share it.
At the end of the day, my vet said the cbd was sketchy and to stop giving it to my cat. I did and he is back to being a bit anxious but it beats being asleep all day/not being stimulated at all. Onto the next thing
-in response to the company reply, I did ask for the calories in the treats and never received a straight answer.

My repeat order has not even been shipped out and it's been 5 days.

I recieved a smaller bottle of cbd than my previous 2 for the exact same price. That is robbery.

Have bought CBD oil for one of my dogs from them for several years. Product has helped my dog with social anxiety.

One of my orders did not make it post the Label Created status. Upon inquiry I have been told by email that my order would be on the way now and arrive by June 19th. Well, it is July 3rd now and the status is still Label Created. Hence my level of satisfaction is actually below 1 star...

Product was satisfactory. Customer service/transaction was flawless.

I have been consistent customer for at least a year now. Great quality CBD oil for my senior dog that has arthritis. Recently I am trying out melatonin as well. I reduced 1 star because I noticed the bottle size is shrinking and the site didn’t say the bottle size anymore, only the CBD strength. Increased pricing is fine, but should be transparent.

Helps my dogs stay healthy. They are 12&13 and sweet gentle pups.
Happy had seizures but rarely has one time. Maybe 1 a year.
Roam had thyroid issues but that has returned to normal and has remained so for over 5 years.
