Order filled completely incorrectly. Has never happened to us before. We ordered CBD capsules 300 mg two of the 3 packs. There was also supposed to be a bottle of CBD oil that was free. Instead we got a bag of CBD soft chews and that was all. Our dog has a seizure disorder. He take 3 prescription meds plus CBD. We will run out of the CBD this Friday. Please send our CBD capsules ASAP!

My cat Esther had allergies and I used it to wipe her down to keep her from itching. I wish I gave it to her internally as well. Unfortunately she passed away quite unexpectedly and just received a new order. However, I am thinking of giving it to my friend's cat and refer your website to her. Thank you.

I'm only giving it 2 stars because my cats do not like these, it is a struggle to get them to eat them.

Overall my interaction with HollistaPet was positive. The thing that took the rating from 5 to 4 was how long the order took to arrive.

I don't know if you guys switched to a different kinds of gel capsules but they break down immediately after they get wet and are getting stuck in the back of my cat's throat. I've been using these pills for a long time and it's only been in the last, I don't know, 3 or 4 months maybe that this has been happening. She's having a very difficult time swallowing them and usually will gag if I don't shoot the pills down her throat without them touching the roof of her mouth or her esophagus. Some times she throws them up because they get stuck. I can't use the oil because she won't let me drop the liquid into her mouth and she got oil build up around her mouth so much so that it clogged up her skin and half her whiskers on the side of her mouth stopped growing. I some times have to give her kibble just so it can push the pill down and she'll stop hard swallowing over and over. Otherwise the CBD itself is immensely helpful with keeping the swelling down in her intestines.

Great product! My only complaint is that the company keeps changing the size of the bottle, which also changes the strength of the dosing.

I love your products, however, getting assistance from customer service is challenging.
I attempted to take advantage of a promo and the site would not accept my order. When I emailed customer service, the promo had ended and I simply received a response that the case had been closed.

Eucalyptus oil should not be given to cats. I ordered the cbd treats to help my cat with hip pain. The second day he started dry gagging/coughing. Day 3 horse voice. After $$$ at vet determined it was the treats because of the Eucalyptus oil. A week after stopping them he returned to normal.

HolistaPet has the CBD for dogs that has helped our little jackchi Daisy Tu Immensely. She has had seizures for three years that are very infrequent and mild in nature. Her vet didn’t recommend seizure medication as a treatment because the dog would have to take it forever. The vet said it would not hurt her to try the CBD so we stocked up and when Daisy Tu had a seizure we give her the CBD. It decreased intensity very quickly and it stopped altogether is a few minutes. Now her food gets powdered c b d from another source daily with the liquid as needed.She may have two seizures in a 12 month period. We also give her HolistaPets CBD when there is bad weather to calm her. Daisy Tu was never an outside or stray dog but she has an understanding of bad weather all the same. We are always on the lookout for the sales on the website 👍. The vet said keep doing what we are doing .

My newly rescued Sparkie is calming down after I started adding drops of the original CBD oil to his meals - his behavior has definitely changed. Started with the Regular dosage and increased to the Strong dosage - I will make slight adjustments to the dosage determine the optimum amount. I HAVE ALREADY ORDERED ADDITIONAL PRODUCT WHEN IT WAS ON SALE!!!
