I have used Chi Practitioner 3 for over 4 years and would not be nearly as mobile as I am without him ! Highly recommended and 5 stars all the way! He is brilliantly knowledgeable and understands the right things to do each time I visit. As an older patient, he has managed to get me ready to tackle, long haul flights and dance events and then restores me when I have pushed myself a bit too far!

Having scheduled an appointment 2 weeks…

Avoid

Having scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior to attending Talbot Yard last Thursday. I arrived on time and sat downstairs. A clinician asked my name and told me she would check me in

I presumed there was some delay, but after a 20 minute wait I decided to wander upstairs to the Clinician's room (Jess) and I was met by her colleague. She told me Jess was not in, yet I was not informed when I was checked-in by the other Clinician upon arrival.

This was disappointing because I was not informed of a cancellation prior to or upon my arrival via the usual form of communication (only ever email).

Whilst I was looking forward to the service, this experience wholely inconvenienced me because I took time out from work to attend and on that basis I requested a refund. It"s been a week since my experience and I have not received any response from Jess nor Holistic Healthcare/London Health Hub.

Unfortunately, after the lack of communication and respect for clients I wouldn't recommnend them.

Unprofessional - disorganised -Rude

When I arrived at this physiotherapy center, I was not greeted in a positive or welcoming manner. There was no “hello” or “welcome.” Instead, a staff member, without even facing me, abruptly asked, “What was your name?” in a rather rude tone.

My session was scheduled to start at 11:30, but it did not begin on time. Around 11:36–11:37, another staff member came and hurriedly took me upstairs. The whole situation felt disorganized and rushed.

During the consultation, I was asked very general questions that anyone might be asked, such as whether I experience night sweating or how long I have had my pain. I clearly explained that I exercise intensely and had strained my muscles during a recent workout about a week ago. I also mentioned that my muscles had been very stiff but improved after I performed some self-massage, and that I was seeking a professional massage for further relief.

Regarding the question about night sweating, I explained that while it happens occasionally, it is not excessive or concerning—just a normal level that many people experience. Despite this, I was told that I should see a GP before receiving any treatment.

In my opinion, if you book this place through Groupon at a discounted rate, they will find excuses to turn you away. It was already difficult to find an available session, and it seems clear that they canceled my appointment to make room for another customer. I was told to visit a doctor and only return afterward, which would require me to find another appointment all over again.

Overall, this place is highly unprofessional. The staff are not friendly, not welcoming, and lack basic courtesy. From the moment you enter reception, there is no one to greet you properly. The staff member did not even look at me and only asked for my name after I had been sitting there for five minutes.

I would strongly advise others not to choose this place and not to waste their money here.

Borderline scam!!!!!

I had a deep tissue massage on Sunday. It actually made my neck stiffer.

Once the massage was finished, I was offered a Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Assessment - Initial for £39.95 on 8 March 2025, which I agreed too and the therapist brought in the card machine and I paid.

Once I was home, I decided to rather see a chiropractor locally and cancelled the appointment online.

The money went through my account. I tried to send a message for my refund, and kept on receiving a message 'file not found'.

I then called them, and after holding on for around 10mins, I was advised that a manager will call me back in the next two weeks.

This is totally unacceptable as I have cancelled with more than enough notice!!!!!!

Kin The Chiropractor

I went to see Kin for my neck problems. I was really impressed by his technical skills and the thorough approach. He took the time to explain why it all started giving rise to a series of other issues. I am all sorted now and the results speak for themselves.
Highly recommended.

Two sides to this Clinic

I have been going here for a while. I’ve never understood the negative reviews until I dug deeper. Holistic Healthcare Clinics provide a range of services, from one-off massages, to ongoing physio and treatment. It seems a lot of the negative reviews are coming from people who booked a one-off massage through a third party. The ongoing physio work, which is what I see them for is amazing. It’s a great price and the experts really understand my issues

2 YEARS... great people and even greater service 👏🏼

1st class, professional and expert clinicians in their respective fields. I have had regular monthly sessions, with a variety of therapists over the last 2 years.
Notably... Dave (clinician 1) for my recent knee surgery - pre and post-op. And Rudina (clinician 26) for my deep tissue massage.
I continue to use them for my on-going re-hab and overall well being and want to thank them for getting me gym fit again 🙏🏼

I started physiotherapy at Holistic for back pain management.

I started physiotherapy at Holistic Healthcare to address persistent lower back pain that was affecting my daily routine and sleep. From the first session, I felt heard and understood by the team. Chris, who is an excellent therapist, gave me a comprehensive evaluation that included posture analysis, range-of-motion tests, and a detailed discussion of my pain history. He explained the root causes of my discomfort with empathy and outlined a personalised treatment plan. After 4 months of therapy, my quality of life has improved. I highly recommend Holistic Healthcare to anyone struggling with back pain. Their structured approach, skilled therapists, and genuine care transformed my recovery journey and restored my quality of life. Thank you, Chris, for helping me on this recovery journey.

Dave fixed my ankles!

I met with Dave (Clinician 1) for persistent issues causing pain in my ankles while running which I couldn't work out. Within one session Dave identified the problem quickly, gave me an understandable and achievable plan to begin, and within 2 weeks of the plan I'm running pain free and even able to up my weekly mileage. Next step is to up the plan to proactively to try and prevent any new issues going forward, I look forward to it! Couldn't recommend more.

I'd recommend Clinician 21, Carolina.

I took up an initial discount offer for an hour's massage. Carolina, Clinician 21 was excellent and very personable. I'd recommend her but can't give a review on the general workings of their clinics.

Total scam

Big scam, avoid this place. Trying too hard to sell, finding health issues where there is none, just for money.

Got back to Heavy Squats… Quick!

Came in initially for a massage on the group on deal and saw Kawal (Clinician 14) - I had a great massage with him, I’ve had some pretty chronic knee issues and he offered to initially test these in another appointment and offer his sports therapist services - a few more sessions later I was squatting heavy with no pain and recovered really well. Overall very happy and wouldn’t 100% recommend to anyone.

Osteo and Rehab Gods

I had a fantastic experience with Holistic Health Care!

I have been seeing Pat an osteopath and Hazel a Sports rehabber for my on going injuries I've sustain through my rugby career. Not only are they great people who are so easy to get along with, but they are also highly professional when it came to dealing with my post surgery events and complex shoulder injuries from osteo arthritis to labrum tears. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have got me out of pain and enjoying life again!!

1000% recommend to anyone.

Avoid

Avoid! This clinic is borderline scam and their customer service is appalling. They lure you in with very low prices but then if you need to reschedule no one answers the phone, responds to voice messages or replies to customer emails. Then the deadline passes and to reschedule they are asking for a penalty fee HIGHER than the initial amount paid.

Be careful guys

Be careful guys. I got a voucher and an appointment that went alright. Then I was offered to buy 5 additional appointments for lower price and paid 270£. My last appointment 2 weeks ago was cancelled and nobody has been responding to my emails since then. Nobody responds even when you deal with voucher. The treatment I purchased supposed to help me to manage the stress. Lesson learnt.

Eitan, a great Physiotherapist

Four months ago I went to get a deep tissue massage from a voucher to try to relieve some pain.
Eitan was detecting some issues on my back and shoulders that I should take into consideration. Just a massage a couple of times a year and a painkiller would not solve the issue.
I decided to put my health in Eitan's hands trying to improve my quality of life.
We arranged a pack of sessions and started working together. It was a good investment. He gave me a different series of exercises combined with sessions to improve my mobility.
I don't regret this decision and I will keep using his services.

EITAN IS A GENIUS. Originally went to have a Groupon…

About six months ago I went to have a Groupon voucher deep tissue massage. I’d been there before but this time - everything changed! I have had significant back, left shoulder and lower limb pain (including spine surgery and partial knee replacement.) for years. Medication only helps me to sleep, but doesn’t relieve daytime pain. I was blessed that day to meet Eitan, who is a physiotherapist extraordinaire. He suggested that he could help my pain proactively if I could see him a couple of times. He organised payments so I felt I should invest in myself. Following super results from 3 sessions, I decided that I’d buy a package of 12 treatments because, frankly, I was losing my joy for life and felt like an OAP. His knowledge is extensive, his explanations are clear and respectful. I felt I could trust him. I should back up a bit to say that he almost immediately identified the nerves, tendons and ligaments that were exacerbating my chronic pain. Within 3 treatments (and twice weekly Pilates which I became able to do again) I found myself walking normally, not wincing in pain and feeling better than I have in about 15 years! I started to develop osteoarthritis in my 50’s and traditional medicine does not offer much relief. For the first time in all these years, I don’t dread my stairs at home, avoid certain tube stations or meeting with friends to stroll through museums - something that was agonising before Eitan. He also gave me a series of exercises specific to my issues. So long as I do them at least every other day, I’m in good shape. I’m even going to start playing outdoor table tennis again soon! I cannot recommend Eitan’s compassionate care highly enough. It’s astounding how someone so young can be so wise and level-headed. He didn’t talk me into spending money that I honestly don’t have. His treatment did it - I couldn’t afford NOT to invest in myself and get my life back. It makes me angry and sad for older people I see hobbling around or using sticks because the Learned Heads of Harley Street won’t or don’t know the simple exercises that can change according to age, mobility and need. It’s a disservice to the British public and the overstressed NHS that people are referred to surgeries they might not even need - with the right kind of knowledgeable modern physiotherapy and motivation to help oneself. He made me believe I could become better and there have been less than a handful of days when I’ve experienced the old sharp burning pains that were my normal for so long.
