SPAINSH YOGA RETREAT My friend and I had decided to treat…

My friend and I had decided to treat ourselves to our first holiday together yoga retreat with Mark and his holistic team. Payment plan set up, Immediately added to a group chat, with like-minded people going on the same trip,
Arrived at 😁 airport and met a fellow guest so 3 for the transfer my friend confirmed the location for pick up outside, airport . They would be 45 minutes late to collect us as the host Mark was getting dropped off before us at the same location.
Collected and taken to the venue on route getting shown all the beautiful vineyards to a non-alcohol retreat, arrived to no host to be found then appeared introduced himself and showed us the villa , shown around looked round pool, all going great my friend and I booked a yurt along with the fellow guest we meet at the airport, only one yurt set up, no other guests were there yet ! as we were all looking forward to meeting like-minded people. He informed us one more person would be attending so 3 women and a male guest plus the host, I asked do we had lunch provided as we had been travelling since 5 am, and cereal and fruit were in the kitchen ourselves my friend and I made a toastie with an uncleaned toastie machine to begin… as he showed us about then told another guest he forgot he booked the yurt and will not be possible to make a bed for a couple of days to say he was disappointed was an understatement, sitting by the pool there was cigarette butts he said there was a festival on before us ,even to the point he was trying to befriend him to be ok with this it was embarrassing, my friend and I went to inspect our yurt and had a look and couldn't enter due to heat, looked in the other yurt and was full of office equipment, there was no way this was getting just a bed made up! , when returning I spoke to him about this and he decided to turn it on its head and tell me that I have severe trauma and bringing issues to his venue, he made everyone feel uncomfortable and asked me, my friend and I sat by the pool he came over
To have a private conversation I said no, he could speak freely in front of my friend and the other guest! He told me that I had bad energy and I needed to talk to him about it, made me feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable to the point I went to the toilet with my friend to not be left alone, we sat by the pool for a while as we waited for yoga to begin he would leave and return, our final guest arrived and we were still waiting for a meal, we all sat astounded and confronted Mark about the situation of all of us here to meet like-minded people and we should have been informed of the number of people here to decide if we wished to come He even admitted this to us .he then proceeded to bring my bad energy back into the conversation and at dinner, our later arrival guest was asking simple villa questions wifi, as a lone traveller and to keep in contact with family was important, he shrugged his shoulders I don't know was his answer to a lot of questions of the area we were living, everyone was on tenterhooks At this point never had time to wash before dinner and still waiting to do the itinerary he had scheduled, now he said Spanish time there is no schedule, his manners were shocking and liked to talk about himself a lot My friend and I made a decision to leave in the morning he tried to offer 25% of our Money back, we got a bit more. We had to find somewhere else to go immediately what an absolute disappointment! YOGA RETREAT WITH SOILED MATS 🥹 my reason for sharing is this is a lot of money to mess about
