Runes are an ancient form of oracle used by those seeking advice. Runes have a long history, dating back to ancient use by Germanic and Nordic tribes, and are still widely used in today’s society. To find out more read: Rune Guide - An Introduction to using the Runes Size: The size of the crystal runes is fairly consistent. They are mostly between 20-25mm at their widest points. The weight does vary between different crystals, but on average are about 9 grams per stone. Information: Set consists of 25 crystal runes, a beautifully made satin-lined velvet bag, (the same as we sell in our velvet bag category) and a double sided A4 information sheet, with a few sentences describing each symbol. The runic symbols are engraved into the crystal and there is one left blank. The engraving is then inlaid with gold paint. Please note: The actual mix of crystals may vary slightly from that shown in the picture, but will always contain a good selection. We believe the most important thing when choosing a rune set is primarily to pick one that appeals to you, one that you will enjoy touching and holding. We have provided below a description of the characteristics of each crystal though, to further enhance your selection.

I have been interested in rune stones for a while and have been reading up about them and looking for the ideal set to get started. I was going to make my own but when I saw this collection they seemed the perfect choice. There are 25 brightly coloured stones, each bearing a Runic Alphabet symbol, with a handy little bag to keep them in. There is also an information sheet which provides an introduction to the stones. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to learning more about them. Highly recommended!

I bought these Rune stones not knowing what to expect, however These gemstone Runes are beautifully engraved properly and then gold paint applied. They feel good to handle and the stones are a lovely mix. I keep them in a velvet bag that I also bought from Holistic shop.These are lovely and definitely buy here again.

I not really ever own my own runes, and do most of my readings from different types of decks, but I do enjoy doing rune readings, so saw these and they really caught my eye, the quality is amazing, well finished, and although basic information is given with the runes, I am sure even a new-be would soon learn how to use them. The site continues to amaze me with it service and quality. Again I must say all pictures shown of items are very true and accurate, in fact in many items I have bought, the quality out rules the picture used. 100% amazing
