Very well looked after from Karolina serpentine green shopping centre PE7 8BE Holland & Barrett

I have been using Grass &co. Cbd balm for a while, after hearing about it from my chiropractor. I have recently used the last of my jar. On searching for other suppliers of this product and found that Holland & Barrett sold it. Unfortunately, the price of this product was just short of £50. I discovered that it was still available from the chiropractor at the original price of £35. I have since discovered vast price differences on many products from H &B, compared to other retailers. I don't feel that H & B offer good value.

I received a damaged delivery and submitted numerous photographs as evidence to request a replacement or compensation. However, I encountered a considerable amount of frustration as different representatives responded to my inquiries, often repeating the same questions. The customer service team has not helped address my concerns. Therefore, I would advise exercising caution when ordering items online.

Ordered Royal Jelly Capsules for my Mum, who finds going into town a bit hard nowadays. I'd bought her some in the local store,(Dunfermline), so she decided she wanted more. Staff member on that occasion was very helpful.
There was a Buy One Get One Free offer, so that was an added bonus and meant delivery was free....another bonus!
I ordered them on the Saturday and they arrived on the Monday! That's exceptional service. Mum's very happy she can get Royal Jelly again.....she'd been cold-free for years, then her usual supplier stopped doing it. Delighted to find H&B doing it!

My daughter and I found the worker Claire incredibly helpful and spontaneous, she was quick to show assistance urgently!! This was located in the poole dolphin center Holland and Barrett and her assistance was extremely appreciated!!

My order 90307+++++++ [value £40.99] was received by H&B on the 6th of July and promised for delivery on the 14th of July [this year, I presume]. I have received 2 emails from H&B reporting delays, the last of which was received on the 14th July, two days ago.
Since which notification? NOTHING. Evri reports they have it and nothing more.
H&B seems completely non-caring about the results, and trying to contact them is difficult as their links do not work.
This is a non-caring organisation that uses Evri which proves it.

I bought some glucosamine gel for my elderly friend, she recommended i try it as i have fibromyalgia. Its really helpful, my daughter has chronic fatigue and she has started using it too. Finding out i can order online and have it delivered makes it so much easier for me. I've also been using Bee pollen capsules which are very beneficial. Very pleased with everything.

Good products at reasonable prices, with knowledgeable staff. It has always been a good customer service experience.

Everything about this place is faultless. You walk into a fully air conditioned shop. The a/c is crisp & is always at the perfect temperature. I would say this shop has the best a/c I have ever come across in any store I have been in. The staff are brilliant they always remember me & always have special offers on that they tell you about at the till. The last time I went in there I told them I feel like I have won the lottery when I come in here as there is always a free gift at the end. I don’t seem to get that treatment going into other stores. It was buy 1 get 1 free on Manuka honey I didn’t realise that and they gave me one free at the end. Whenever I shop anywhere else they just take your money without mentioning I have 1 free. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. Highly recommended. Thank you H & B.

Placed a click and collect order displayed as next day - app now shows 3- 5 days for collection. 6 days in and still nothing.

I contacted the help-desk who sent a canned response at 3 days, addressing me by the wrong name and littered with spelling mistakes.

I have since requested a refund, as I could have ordered the same products, same price from Amazon with same/next day delivery.

Emailed for an update, and with a refund request 2 days ago, still awaiting a reply yet can reply to my Trustpilot review in less than 12 hours! Should be more concerned with customer queries than trying to save their reputation - look after customers you won't have to worry about reviews.

Shocking customer service, I will avoid at all costs in the future. Credit card charge back pending.

I visited the stowmarket branch 4th july and today the staff member called LUCY was absolutely amazing asked if i found everything and even came over tk me and asked if I needed help finding anything!! Amazing customer service. Will be visiting again!! Very reasonably priced.

I have a very nasty scar from major abdominal surgery. I bought various oils, almond, jojoba, avocado, and arnica. I have seen a noticeable improvement in my scar.
Easy ordering, prompt delivery, bottles well packaged. Oil is expensive. Price competetive.
