Very professional and excellent customer service

Hollands Heating, refurbed three of my bathrooms (WC, ensuite & family bathroom). They helped me source sanitary ware, and advised on many other things such as the heating system which we needed upgrading due to the amount of bathrooms- their customer service was always above and beyond and pricing within my budget. I completely changed the layout on all three bathrooms which I thought would be really stressful but they organised with all with me and passed this onto the installers and I had zero issues! I would highly recommend Hollands Heating!

Hollands installed all the new plumbing in our whole house refurb five years ago. I found them to be highly skilled, honest and friendly. Since the big refurb job, Hollands always answer the phone, or return my calls quickly, even though they know it will now probably only be a small repair. Although we are far from their base, they always get someone out to fix any problems in a timely manner. Highly recommended if you want peace of mind.

Quality Service at a Reasonable Price

I'm always anxious about having an unknown tradesman in to do work on my home however I found the Plumber at Hollands Heating Services to be friendly and professional. I had been looking to replace my 20 year old boiler for a while and when it completely gave up I needed it replaced quickly. I spoke to a few different companies to get prices, settling on Hollands. An inspection was carried out promptly, we discussed various options and I settled on a new Worcester Bosch boiler. Thankfully the work was carried out on time and I am very happy with the results (my gas bills has even gone down). The price quoted did not change at the end of the job which I was very happy about. They left my house clean and tidy, I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house while I went out to do some shopping. I will be having them back to do my bathroom very shortly.
