My Daughter LOVES this raincoat. Its light weight and adorable. It has become a huge hit for her at school with her friends and teachers gathering around to watch it magically change colors when the rain hits. The teachers said it has become the talk of the class on the playground (great way to get shy kids more positive attention). We ordered one for my son, the one with the dogs, he's a little to young to wear it so its large, but I fell in love with the design so I purchased it for him to save in the next few years to wear. Beautiful product. We did have a little bit of a shipping delay like most companies experience around the holiday season, the customer service was wonderful. She emailed me back ASAP and was working hard to help. Luckily the product did show up a day or two after. we couldn't love it anymore. Thank you Holly & Beau

I ordered a Dino raincoat the beginning of September for my grandchild. After 3 month I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me the money. Why are they advertising so heavily and can’t fulfill their orders. My grandson would have loved the raincoat ! Sad

I placed an order for a color changing jacket (supposedly in stock) back on October 31st. Today they informed me I might not receive it in time for Christmas. 🙄
IF you’re going to buy from this company, you might want to make sure you have a LOT of patience before placing that order.

I placed an order in mid August for two rain jackets for the fall. I reached out about a month later to customer service because my order showed as shipped but then never picked up by USPS. When i reached out, they ignored my point and said to just wait. After going back and forth by 10/5 they finally confirmed what i told them three weeks earlier, it was lost and i needed it resent. On 10/5 i asked for when it would be shipped, expected delivery, etc. It’s now Oct 14th, and still nothing. In short, terrible customer service and extreme delays. The biggest frustration is lack of response and half responses when they do reach back out.

I have been waiting for weeks with no word from this company. They have charged my credit card and nothing has shipped.

super super I got the rain coat and umbrella , Its super cool, he love the rain more from now on, and excited to show friends it change color when rain on it, Its so amazing, my boy love so much the design and very happy with it

Fantastic children's raincoats! All three of our kids love their Holly and Beau raincoats!! The colours are so vibrant and the designs are super cool :-)

I bought the pink cupcake jacket and matching umbrella for my niece. She loves these and even when its not raining still want to put them on. Well made and look great. Great little company.
