Wasn’t as happy with this product as I was expecting to be

So easy to use and amazing results without needing to leave the house

11 days since I’ve ordered and still no sign of it. Keep getting excuses from customer services. I don’t even think they know where it is!

Very happy with my product. Will definitely order with Hollywood Browser again in the near future.

I’ve used similar products on my face before and thought I would give this a go. I loved it my face was really smooth but I felt like the next day my hairs already started to grow back which never happened to me before but other than that it was good and I would recommend it

I have ordered twice from the company (6 months apart) as for me the product did work quite well me however both times I had to send many chase up emails as product never arrives if you don’t hound the online chat or email. The first time it took well over a month and this time it has been nearly a month and no sign. I definitely wouldn’t order again or recommend the service. For the price point it’s not worth the hassle. Try another brand as the service is truely terrible. There are a few other reviews which say the same- take note.

Unfortunately this has ruined my skin. Made it extremely sensitive and broke out in tiny painful spots. I watched the videos re how to use it and followed them exactly but, while it got rid of the hair really well, the side effects were awful. Won’t be buying again.

I would fully recommend this company. I bought the Hollywood Browser dual pack and tried for the first time yesterday. I've had laser hair removal for dark facial hairs but still had fair hair fuzz which was getting coarser with age :( ....the browser is great, very easy to use and with little effort the fuzz is gone. I had a little redness which is normal and is fine now as the browser also exfoliates. I did my eyebrows too, why have I only just discovered this brilliant product? Great and helpful customer service, five stars all the way.

I ordered my 2nd Hollywood browzer a couple of weeks ago. It didnt arrive in post and i just sent an email to customer service who looked into my order. Unfortunately i say my order was lost in the post . And they sent me out another order . Very friendly customer service and professional. Love hollywood browzer.

I ordered the Hollywood Browzer yesterday and realised after I should have ordered the puff too, I called Customer Service who answered straightaway and were the most helpful customer service team I have had the pleasure to speak to in a very long time. They cancelled my order straightaway and refunded my order, then proceeded to order again. Will definitely be buying from them again, what a team!

I just bought and use this device, the result is been terrible in my face and I have very red lumps and burning sensation on my skin, omg absolutely awful. I follow the instructions and watch the video but unfortunately I really don’t recommend this device if you have sensitive skin.

I have been using my Hollywood Browser for a couple of months to remove my 'peach fuzz' on my face. It removes the hair effortlessly and leaves my skin feeling smooth. I have had to contact the customer service department a couple of times and they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure that your problem is sorted. I will definately be buying this product again in the future and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hollywood Browzer to anyone.

My HOLLYWOOD BROWZER DUO (Value Pack) and my HOLLYWOOD BROWZER Deluxe Microfibre Puff Duo are both excellent products to have.The quality of these products are immaculate the browzer leaves my skin feeling smooth and looking clean and clear within seconds.

I recently recieved my hollywood browzer and it is amazing takes away the hair and no cuts bonus. A really great product!

I’ve been using the Hollywood browzer for well over a year now and would recommend it to anyone. As someone with two small children it is far easier than regularly going to a salon. I have excess facial hair and use the product for this and to shape my eyebrows. It’s quick, easy and effective!

Does exactly as advertised- cannot believe I have waited until now to try - literally fuzz comes off effortlessly and no roughness on face two weeks on

I did not like this product, my skin felt itchy after using it, skin doesn’t feel smooth at all, waxing or threading your face is defiantly much better than using than blade on your face. I m not sure if there is refund option than like to refund for sure

I needed to change my order before dispatch & when I emailed they replied immediately with my amended order. Great customer service ❤️
